"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Wir haben unsere Hochzeit in der Villa Cungi, bzw. der Agriturismo La Conca gefeiert. Es war das schönste Wochenende unseres Lebens! Chiara hat die Hochzeit für uns mitorganosiert und ist die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Es lief einfach nur perfekt! Auch so ist diese Unterkunft zu 100% zu empfehlen, es ist einfach unglaublich!! Vielen Dank an Chiara und die gesamte Agriturismo La Conca für diese unvergessliche Zeit :)"

"It’s an Agroturismo. We stayed there with friends, 21 total, 5 families, adults and kids. Fantastic welcoming by the owners. Great landscape, quite place, fantastic swimming pool. 4/5 different and independent appartements in a well restored house of mid 19th century - stones and wood. Great common place to cook and share moments. We went to : Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, Ravenna, Mirabilandia amusement park!"

"Fantastisch huis. Zeer groot, zeker als je er met vier personen bent. Gastvrij ontvangen. Aardige Belgische buurvrouw die erg behulpzaam was. Heerlijk zwembad van 30 graden. Adembenemende zonsopkomsten vanuit de slaapkamer. Keukengerei was wat karig. Voor de rest uitstekende vakantie gehad"

"Wunderschön am Hügel gelegen, die nächsten Nachbarn sind ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt (Laute Musik stört niemanden). Achtung: steile Zufahrt über einen Feldweg, aber mit normalen Kleinwagen machbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön, im alten toskanischen Stil erbaut und in einem super Zustand. 7 große Schlafzimmer sind perfekt für 14 Erwachsene (plus 2 mehr) und das Haus bleibt angenehm kühl. "We were 8 adults and loved our stay here. Pool is large and warm. Great accommodation. Good sized table outside for eating at. Very good communication before we went and property manager on hand if we needed anything during the stay. There are some lovely hilltop towns within 30 mins of the property, Arezzo is an hour away and there are restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away. Can thoroughly recommend!!"
