The factory stickers are still on the windows and dishes, and a price tag is still on at least one piece of furniture. "Stayed for over a month in the house and it was amazing. Very spacious and with all necessary accessories for our long stay. The location of the house is in a quiet residential area with a nice neighborhood. We felt very safe there. The hosts are great and responded to all our requests very fast. "Great stay at Mani's house on the lake. Safe quiet neighborhood, and peaceful relaxing outdoor space for lounging by the lake and watching the ducks. Wi-fi was spotty at times, and as others have noted, the pool cues could use new tips (or, just tips, period), but this place had more than most, and I felt there was great value for the rental rate. "We celebrated my 50th birthday at this house and it was the most amazing experience! The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect and the lake was awesome! We had some difficulty having communication with the property management, but through it all it all worked out and they were very accommodating. I couldn’t ask for a better situation for my friends and family to celebrate my 50th!!!!"
