I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. "We stayed here for a weekend for our son's wedding at Oak Hill Farm. We had 9 adults who all had their own bedroom with one bedroom to spare. The views were amazing from both top and bottom patio with plenty of outdoor seating and a fire pit. We did not get to use the pond but it was very cute with a dock and small beach. Owners will easy to work with and communicated promptly. "

"Staying in the houseboat was an adventure. We had a few hiccups in the check-in process but the hosts were very responsive and everything was sorted out very quickly.
