"Excellent convenience and Ben is extremely helpful... House,-a few doors needed attention,beds were hard and uncomfortable, back yard definetly needed some TLC. But again, the owner Ben was Great!"

"We had 11 Adults and an infant. Everyone had a bed. Everything was in perfect working order in a good neighborhood. Folks out walking dogs and kids playing with other kids. Everyone seemed friendly. Close to shopping centers and food places. The cleaning team missed a few areas but we easily took care of it ourselves with minimal effort. There are many extras provided. Paper towels, TP and coffee items. I would rent here again."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property. Sam offered all the amenities you could think of and then some. The pool was great with lots of floaties to use, beach towels, even extra sunscreen. We cannot wait to come back! I highly recommend this house."

"Apparently they are sharing WiFi with another unit. After 4 hours they were able to get a hold of the other renters and have them reboot the router. They advertised that they offered Hulu and other services which to them means that the tv had that app where you could log into your own account. Disappointing. The unit was okay, beds were noisy and not very comfortable. There were stray hairs in the shower wall and bathroom wall. It was well located but we decided to drive to the distillery...

"Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk."

"Double Shot on Main is a good location when visiting the Bourbon Trail. The house is clean and in a quiet area of town. There were four adults in our group and we had plenty of space not to be crowded. The outdoor area was nice while the weather was cool enough to enjoy it."

"The beds and bathrooms were great. The living room isn’t super comfortable- but we didn’t spend a lot of time there. The location was perfect!!!"

"Our accommodations were wonderful. The house is much larger than it appears from the street. The finished basement gave a safe space for the children to play. The house was located close to anywhere we needed to go. The only thing is that the washer and dryer are not convenient to use due to placement but there are two of each in the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and the host supplied plenty of linens and items needed (toilet paper, trash bags, etc). We would definitely stay here again."

"If you are looking for a place tap a couple of kegs and party all week...this is not the place you seek. This property was home to four generations of our family for a week. Seth was an excellent host with great communication. The home is spacious and well laid out. The pool is a plunge pool - small, but refreshing in the 90+ heat. Between the pool and hot tub, the kids were able to play all week and not grow bored. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all the necessary items to dine in....

"We loved our stay! Everything was clean and stocked very well. There was plenty of extra linens and decor was beautiful. We would have like to have more living room seating, since the benches were not very comfortable. Inside the property was very handicapped accessible, and we managed with the three inch step onto the porch. The area was a little sketchy, but not terrible. We were able to sit on the porch area and feel safe. Close to downtown and freeway access."

Owner was very communicative, has stocked the house well, and even added extra thoughtful touches (including a birthday surprise for our daughter that was turning 14!). Home has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. House instructions were very clear, check out process was easy!"
