"this is second time back to this hotel and different room. noticed some changes, this package include 2hr Onsen dipping session which is very relax and refreshing. Only comment was there are miscommunication between the Onsen staff and Fun Manager as my booking became 2 * 1hr sessions instead of a 2hr package. Free snacks and condiments are no more. "This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."
