"We had a lovely stay. Nice views over the fields. Kitchen well equipped with tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits. Luxury feel. Enjoyed the hot tub which was warm and ready for us arriving. Would recommend this place and I think we’ll be back."

"This is a lovely little place with a great pub with really friendly staff and great food. Excellent dog walk on the other side of the road. The room has a fridge microwave kettle and toaster. The owner was a bit stressed about the shower having failed but they had called a plumber and all was fixed with no problems and lots of apologies. Would recommend!!"

"We were a party of 10, getting together to celebrate the 60th birthday party of 2 family members. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, although to be honest we spend most of our time in the cosy but large kitchen and adjacent games room. Many period features allowed you to really experience how they used to love. Kirby Stephen high street was a stones throw away, making it convenient for local shops and pubs. Would highly recommend for a large family get together"

"Our multi-generational family absolutely loved our stay at Fell End. The house was decorated for Xmas and is beautiful throughout. "Steve was a fabulous host and really went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one.We arrived to the beautiful Orchard View Cottage in horrendous weather and we’re super happy to see how gorgeous Orchard View was. The cotrage has been beautifully finished and all home comforts have been catered for.We managed to get out to the local pub on NYE and had an amazing meal and a great start to 2025."

"Good communication and ease of booking. Very easy to find. Parking not to difficult although not outside (as listing says). Great location with just a short walk into town. Heating good and needed in January. Loads of hot water for the group and good showers. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Would recommend. Only negative bathrooms not cleaned from previous booking."
