"We had a wonderful peaceful 5-day nature getaway from the city at Frida's by the Sea Beach House: close to beautiful Red Head beach via nature walk, lovely modernised farmhouse-style cottage with the feeling of home + art decor, dog friendly for our little Jack Russell cross including fenced in yard and friendly cow neighbours, wonderful dark skies to see the Milky Way etc, close to Forster for excellent dog-friendly restaurants,..., and friendly responsive host Evelyn. "We stopped for a night on our way through to Sunshine Coast from Melbourne with our dog. Instantly felt relaxed! Wish we had booked for longer. Lovely gardens. Short trip to beach where 🐾 had an absolute ball. Communication with host was very easy and prompt replies. They weren’t on the property at the time so we didn’t get to meet this time!"

The back sliding glass door had a crack in it - I took a photo of it on arrival (if required I can provide such to you) When showering we noticed the bath, in which we had to stand, was very slippery - suggest you provide a rubber bathmat as eventually someone will have a serious fall."

"Amazing location - the beach is a hop and skip from the backyard! The place was perfect for me and the kids as it was a simple home and the property manager was so lovely and accommodating! Highly recommended and would stay again hopefully in the summer!"

"It was at a great location, we needed a place we could feel relax in. Our stay was lovely. Just before Xmas my Mum passed away and we needed to clean out her home in Murray st, so your place was just perfect for all of us to stay at. I have left a few extra tea towels as a thank you. "The property was clean, well equipped with LOTS of stuff provided to keep children and dogs entertained. The location is great, being central to both Diamond Beach and Black Head. The owners were very welcoming and honest. Our daughter lost her mobile phone and Dianne went out of her way to ensure it was sent back to us via express post.
