Nice vacation house
House is clean and has all we need, in addition it's close to the Strip. We had a great time in the Jacuzzi and backyard. Janie was very responsive to all of our requests. Thank you!

Clean & comfortable
We were in town for the NFR, the beds were comfortable and the house was cleaned well, however, the pool and spa are not very easy to use...the timer is set form like 7am to 5pm so you have to mess with the pump house if you want to use in the evening ifyou want to use in the evening

Clean, great yard for dogs.
We travel to Vegas often & bring out pups with; this home is great for dogs. Nice size back yard and deck to sit outside The beds are more like doubles than queens & very high off the ground. It wasn’t a major problem for us, but I would live a step stool because I’m only 5’2 and getting into bed was more of an adventure than I expected.Also, the step inside the front door is a bit treacherous so definitely take note of that. Overall it was a nice place & we would visit again.

We had a great vacation, the house was very nice, we had to accommodate the one step because we had a wheel chair but my daughter is tiny 97lbs so lifting her was not a problem. the double doors in the master bedroom were great for her, and we went and bought a canopy tent to fit over the pool. She spent all day in the pool and because it was so hot she didn't get cold, it was perfect, tiny pool for a tiny girl. we would definitely stay there again.

This home is very comfortable with a good sized fenced yard with a small pool and spa. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately stocked with the necessities and you get to use the single car garage to park in! The neighborhood is quiet. It is easy access to the airport and to the strip with everything you might need nearby from groceries to clothing.

Perfect for a girls trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean. It was exactly as described and it was close to the strip and the airport. Our only thought was, it being a girls trip with 3 of us adding a full length mirror in the bedrooms would have been nice.

Great location
Nice property was very clean and just what we needed. I would say the only critique of the property is the down step a few feet from the front door is quite treacherous. Several times we stumbled because it is very hard to see. But everything else was great

Lovely home just south of strip and airport
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and cute home. Owners were so great with communication. The location was perfect! The house is in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of stores, fast food, and restaurants, in addition to the airport and the strip. We appreciated being able to park in the garage. The large couch was comfortable with tv streaming for movies. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we could have needed. The hot tub and pool were smaller than pictures looked, but it was ok. We’d definitely recommend this home to others and we’d stay here again!

Gem with hidden disasters!
First impression when entering home was appealing. Once settled in the garbage disposal did not work. A couple of sliding door vertical blinds missing. Slider door could not open unless you use both hands/ very hard to open. Window blinds throughout were bent or damaged. Dining table with 6 chairs. One chair damaged- legs. Master shower fixture coming away from wall when turning the handle hot/ cold. Towel racks not secure and falls off, so be careful. Didn’t use the advertised pool/spa. It is like a wading pool and the spa, maybe 2 small people can fit tightly. The beds were comfy. Basically, Ikea’s style furniture.

BEAUTIFUL HOME
The house was nicer than the pictures. Plenty of towels. There was shampoo, cream rinse and body wash in the showers. There were essentials in the cabinets, like seasonings, etc. The neighborhood was very nice. I can’t say enough about our stay, it was great.

Great little Gem
This place is a great little Gem. The pictures do not give it justice. If you are looking for a nice spot to stay with your family, close to the airport and easy access to activities, etc. this is your spot. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the place had all the amenities, if you wanted to cook a good meal, BBQ outside, and/or enjoy a nice quite evening in the back yard with a quick dip in the pool or relax in a hot tub. (It's not big, but it surely does the trick!). The check in and/out was seamless. Thank you, we will and would stay again.
