Great apartment in an excellent location

This apartment had everything we needed and was as described on the Vrbo site. It is located in a prime location in the middle of the strip so it was very easy to explore the area. Communication with the owner was prompt. I would highly recommended this property. property.

Poor communication

Overall the unit was nice. It had been updated unlike others units. Jockey Club is centrally located on the Strip which is a big plus. The Jockey Club in itself was outdated and pretty basic. However, with this unit you had access to the Cosmopolitan’s pools and amenities. The Jockey Club pool resembles a small motel pool with minimal sun exposure. The main problem is total lack of communication with the property owner. Reached out multiple times via phone and messages to owner prior to trip and no response. Contacted Vrbo several times and they were unable to reach him as well. Three days prior to trip I still had not received the check-in instructions and form needed to check in. Spent over an hour on the phone with Vrbo attempting to get in touch with owner. Finally received form and instructions with the help of Vrbo. Day of arrival, security office informed us that there was no record of anyone checking in to that unit. The property owner neglected to register us as guests in the unit. I contacted owner, left message and no answer. Finally security was able to confirm we had rented unit. Property owner never reached out to apologize for lack of communication or forgetting to register us as guests. Would not rent from this owner again. Very unprofessional. .

condo in the cosmo

So easy and convenient. private elevator inside the gaming area, you check with a security guard and it takes 2 minutes. super convenient and huge space vs. a hotel room. It's 3rd floor so no view which doesn't matter to me but maybe does to you.

Not up to expectations

Being a first time verbo user I was disappointed in your standards unit rented advertised free coffee and popcorn that was not true also I needed to use bathroom sink to fill coffee pot as kitchen had just a trickle also limited only two tablespoons and no teaspoons no comfort in the living area to sit workout area is very old and in need of maintenance black out drapes were falling off wall drapery rod need repair Must say bed was great in all my years I have never given a bad review but this place sounded so nice and was anything but had too many thing wrong

Will stay again

Great location to all our events, nice staff & very friendly. Lots of towels, tissue paper and trash bags. View wonderful! Bed comfortable and king size. Couch small.

I was suppose to have a view of the Belligio fountains, my view was the parking ramp. There was no commuication with the condo owner even tho I sent several emails. The only thing I did receive was the check in form. My host was supposed to be someone else. It was conveniently located but our Uber drivers always wanted to drop us off at the Cosmopolitan while it was ok and worked for my son and I I would not stay again

Perfect Escape

This gave us the perfect quiet escape from the buzz of the strip. Close to everything but quiet and comfort of home. Owner was accommodating but sometimes slow to respond. Will definitely look at booking again when in town for our next tournament.

Great apartment and super handy

This is a great wee apartment. We stayed 10 days. Was well stocked out for us plenty of towels,toilet roll etc. The bed was so comfy,there was a bit of outside noise which sounded like bin lorries but it wasnt bad at all..overall lovely quiet apartment with a lift right outside and handy for uber pickup at cosmo..you get your key from security and they were all really helpful too. Would definitely love to stay again if i come backwhichsounded like

Pretty nice

Great location. Very quiet. We stayed for 6 days. Plenty of household items but disappointed in the lack of a refrigerator and space to unpack. The refrigerator was a small one you'd find in a motel room and there was no dresser.

Great Vacation very close to everything

We booked the property for three people. Everything was clean and the location early close to the strip. Unfortunately, the property wasn’t ready for three people. My daughter had to sleep without a blanket cover for the first night.

Diva Trip

Our stay was fantastic, the room was as described on the website. The only issue I had was there weren’t enough towels for the week. The hotel itself should do something about their room keys, the room keys kept getting deactivated causing us to have to go to the front desk to get them reactivated and we were in a different tower than where the front desk was.i would stay again.

Great condo for our Girls's trip!!!

The condo was great, no problems at all with the cleanliness, supplies, noise, host or communication - all was great. There were a few hiccups I thought I should mention... just to pay the knowledge forward. The check in line on a Friday afternoon was ridiculously long (made us late for our concert). We had to get in the "regular" check in line after we got our keys to reserve a spot at the pool (we called the week before and were told we couldn't reserve ahead of time, we had to wait until check in) BUT then we were told (rather rudely) that the the pool reservations were all booked up :-( Jockey Club only gets 75 spots at the Cosmo pool. Also, only 1 person on property to help with bags and we had to hunt him down..But once we stalked him, he was very helpful. Also, a Pro Tip here....We luckily made it work and talked our way into both pools at the Cosmo - so be humble, friendly, present your room key and don't take no for an answer - LOL! We also had some problems getting parked and the Cosmo charged us but later reimbursed us, but we had to take the time to "deal" with it..... it just wasn't easy. The overall JC property itself is not the best, a bit run down, but we were RELIEVED that the condo was above par when compared with the rest of Jockey Club. Seriously SUCH A CONVENIENT LOCATION in the middle of the strip and we were happy to have a nice big kitchen and much roomier than a standard Vegas hotel room. All in all, a Great Time Was Had and the condo was great
