Great Location - Easy Access to the Vegas Strip
The property owner was always responsive and that was very much appreciated.We really liked the location, free parking and of course the casino. The access to Public Transportation was perfect to get to the Vegas strip. We really liked access to the balcony just to relax early in the morning or late at night. We would defiantly stay again at this VRBO.

Fabulous Vegas Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this fabulous property. The check in at the front lobby was seemless. The people who work at Palms Place were all professional and polite.The property was very light and airy. We loved sitting out on the deck. The bathroom is amazing. We loved the rain shower.We took the short walk over to The Palms Casino every day through the connected walkway. They had great restaurants there.We did walk to the strip once. It is doable. We chose to just Uber instead. China town is walkable from Palms place and we enjoyed it.We really enjoyed staying off the Strip and we would choose this place again.

Had a great time there and the owner was nice and the room was fine however the ONLY issue we had for our stay is that check-in was told to us that you can at 3pm in which we did arrived at 2:45 but was not able to get into the room until after 4pm in which we to sit in the lobby waiting for house cleaning to get to the room and we had purchased concert tickets based upon what time given for check in. Definitely not the owners fault Dan was nice but the service may be a bit challenging.

More than Pleasant at the Palms
My boyfriend and i traveled to Vegas for an endurance race and we have a few importants when traveling...Comfortable Bed...Epic View...Location...Dan is just amazing, really responsive and super kind!! Thanks Dan!We will most definitely book this room again.

Honestly if you’re not looking to actually use the “luxury” hot tub this place wasn’t bad.. the floor smells like smoke but smoking is allowed on the balcony so it’s expected. I was looking forward to using the tub in the room, and I found tiny hairs around the tub. I bought this to the owners attention, he “tried” to get housekeeping to clean it, I called them and told them it’s okay. When I arrived back to my room, the tub was STILL dirty. When bought to his attention he said to just take it out with toilet paper. I’d wear shower shoes in there & I wouldn’t use any of the utensils offered. Just because it looks clean it’s not— that’s how this listing carries itself. And if I had to review the boy running this listing, sassy to just say the least, customer service on the floor. I didn’t get to use the tub because of how unsanitary it was and DID NOT get accommodated. I asked for the cleaning fee taken off because clearly it’s not going towards my stay, going to the previous stay. And he wanted to hold onto the little 80 cleaning fee. Money hungry, selfish, sassy. Don’t waste your time.

Nice Space. Amazing View!
I've always loved Palms Place. This was a short staycation for me, and everything was absolutely perfect. Easy check-in process, clean room and a quiet high floor. Even the restaurant on the 6th floor was nice and cozy (granted it was a Sunday). Would definitiv stay again!

Groovy Condo Near The Strip!
This is a really nice little studio condo. It is just a short distance from the Strip. The tub is huge and the balcony views are fantastic! We received our requested extra towels and Dan was a responsive and invested host! We took the bus that stops right outside on Flamingo to get to the Strip. Two dollars for a fifteen minute ride that drops you off by Carsar's Palace. I definitely recommend this property!isawesome.

Management is crap
The owner never submitted our stay and we tried calling and messaging him for 2 hours didn’t get any reply until 5 hours later after we had to cancel and refund our booking and pay double to get a room in the same building. Very dissatisfied!

We had a great time!
There were a few issues when we arrived but the host Dan was quick to respond and work them out. The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure is amazing! The view is also amazing and it was very easy to get around on foot for that side of the strip. Hotel Staff and Valet were great. A nice place to stay!

Perfect property
This was the perfect property for our stay in Vegas. Comfortable, clean, and convenient. Off the strip, but connected to The Palms Casino and Resort. Great balcony with view of the strip. Loved the pool, and on-site Laguna restaurant was awesome! Would definitely recommend.

It was a wonderful place. Dan communicated very well, we were very pleased! The only thing I would say is my wife reads a lot and would love a little more reading light at the bed. The room and bed was very comfortable and quiet.The view was spectacular so 5 star all the way!
