"Wonderful trip to run a marathon with friends. House easily accommodated our large group and everyone had their own bed. We cooked at the house and enjoyed being able to all sit together the neighborhood was safe and close to lots of grocery stores and also close to the strip so we could go down there and hang after our race. Highly recommend Posh Villa especially if you have a large group of friends traveling together. "

"The property was as described. My husband was wrestling at the USA Open Wrestling Masters and our family came as well - we loved the back yard. The pool, spa and play area was a hit for the adults and grandkids especially after being at an event all day. Inside the ping pong, fooseball and arcade game kept everyone just as busy. "The house was perfect for our last minute trip of 8 adults. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very spacious. The backyard was a great hangout for us to bbq and talk with each other. Although it was a little chilly, we did dip our feet in the pool. This house is perfect if you are tired of the strip and just want to lounge around with friends. "

"Clean property in new home (2025). Beds comfortable. But property is pretty stark. No commonly expected items in the kitchen were available. Had to provide everything ourselves, including coffee filters and water. "

"This property was so great for a relatively wild group! The rules sound scary but I promise they aren’t bad. There is a noise restriction but it is a reasonable level and this is coming from a group of people who whisper at a normal persons yell (haha). The place was so clean and organized and super easy to get to the strip. Linda was great! Check in requires you to meet up with the property manager and then follow her to the location but it’s fine because she’s great. Pool cleaners did come by...

"I booked this property on December 2024 and I am very glad I did. This property is beautiful and has a lot of space. It is close to the airport and to the Vegas strip. I loved the fact that it is located in a quiet neighborhood which makes it perfect for a relaxing time at the heated pool. I highly recommend this property. "
