Very nice stay
We had a really nice holiday af Casa Sasa with very friendly owners.The house is superclean with a big garden and a nice swimmingpool, the bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms have strong showers and the wifi is good. The location could not be better. There is a trainstation at 5 min. walking and we went to Palermo, Cefalu and Bahgeria by train. By car we visited the Madonie, which is really beautiful. There is a little cafe/supermarket at 2 minutes walking where you can get fresh bread every morning and there is also a good pizzeria “Rewind” a few steps further. You can walk to the beach in 10/15 minutes. A perfect spot if you want to see the north of Sicily.

Highly Recommended
The house: 5* Attractive house, three exceptionally clean bathrooms and good, hot, strong showers. Well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave coffee machine, freezer). All the bedrooms had working aircon. Outdoor space with a huge dining table, in addition to lounge chairs and table tennis table (all equipment provided). Salvatore and his parents prepare the property beautifully - welcome pack of food and water, wine in fridge. Anti-mosquito plug-ins provided throughout house. Soap in bathrooms, coffee capsules and staples such as olive oil, vinegar, salt. Swimming pool lovely and sunbeds and towels are provided. Outside space has nice lighting in the evening. The Location: The train station (Lascari) is a few minutes walk away and we used it to take a day trip to Palermo where we did a street food tour which we recommend. Trains are punctual and reliable. We had a car rental and used this to get into Cefalu (huge car park at Lungomare Guiseppe Giardini. Charming town with lovely sandy beach. Clear sea on calm days and fun waves on windier days. Lots of restaurants - we tried Tinchitè, Al Gabbiano, Porta Ossuna Cefalu and Ostaria Del Duomo - all recommended. Nearer to the house we liked Voce del Mare and Da Piero (nice takeaway pizza). Recommended Activities: Zipline Sicilia, Gole Di Tiberius (a gorge in Madonie), Horse Riding in Madonie,(Sicily Horse Tours), Parco Avventurea Madonie. There is an acqua park nearby too but we didn’t try it.

Maison top et bien située Maison grande pour accueillir toute une famille et extérieurs au top entre la piscine, la terrasse et le jardin Petits gestes du propriétaire à notre arrivée avec des produits locaux donc super apprécié et adorable Seul bémol : les chiens du voisin qui font du bruit la nuit

A marvellous holiday
5 of us stayed here for 8 nights - 2 adults and a 19 year old plus 2 16 year olds. We were very comfortable with plenty of space and the outdoor area and pool were perfect and very relaxing. The train station was about 10 mins walk away and we went into Cefalu for 4 nights. A beautiful home and a fabulous break from real life! Thank you ☺️

Wonderful (Bellissimo)
I loved our stay at this property!! Wonderful accommodations - both inside the house and outside. We had 3 kids in our group and they enjoyed the outdoor ping pong table and pool. Property is close to grocery stores and easy to get into Cefalu. I would definitely stay here again. The owners were great - friendly and very helpful.

3 generation family holiday in Sicily
The property met our expectations and had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean. Lovely pool and grounds. Lots of space. A car is needed to get around but local beach has a lovely restaurant in walking distance. Also a large supermarket in walking distance. As is the train station. Hosts left a welcome pack which was appreciated and answered any questions we had. Also provided a cot for our infant.

Sicilian Joy!
We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Sasa. Salvo and his family were so helpful with communication and advice on all things Sicily. The house was perfect, plenty of room to sit together and play games or to part ways and have quiet time. The A/C was top notch and great for my husband who is always hot. We really enjoyed the ping pong table, pool and picking figs in the yard. We walked to the grocery store and two small bar/cafe's, plus a restaurant just down the road is about a 10 minute walk. We cooked in a few nights and found the kitchen perfect and with everything we needed, we even grilled spada (swordfish) one evening. We also were happy with how quickly we could get to everything. The house was perfectly located within just minutes of Cefalu and about an hour from other larger cities like Palermo. I highly recommend this home to families and groups, it has everything you need with a wonderful host!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der casa sassa. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es wurde mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Schlafräume sind alle klimatisiert. Der Pool ist toll und man findet auch an sehr heißen Tagen dort und um das Haus einen netten Schattenplatz. Besonders ist die Gastfreundschaft von Salvatore und seinen Eltern. Ein sehr netter Empfang und es gab sogar Obst, Gebäck, Wasser und Wein als Willkommensgeschenk. Das ist außergewöhnlich. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen hatten wir direkten Kontakt und wir haben uns rund um sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Maison de vacance à Piane Vecchie près de Cefalù, Sicile
Maison très belle et très bien équippée avec piscine rafraichissante (c'est vraiment un plus quand il fait chaud en plus des chambres climatisées). Propriétaires adorables et prévenants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Gare de Lascari à côté pour aller visiter Palerme, le très beau village de Cefalù à 20 minutes en voiture, la plage de salinelle à 10 minute à pied (avec 1 plage privée et 2 restaurants), supermarché ARD ou Conad à quelques minutes en voiture comme l'entrée de l'autoroute pour aller faire des visites plus lointaine en Sicile. Je recommande fortement.

Villa très agréable, très propre et fonctionnelle. La piscine est vraiment top (eau chaude, bonne longueur pour la natation). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et la localisation permet de visiter toutes les belles villes de Sicile.

Situata a pochissimi kilometri da Cefalù, super accogliente e pulitissima attrezzata di ogni comfort . I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, la consiglio vivamente!!! Semmai torneremo a Cefalù sceglieremo sicuramente casa Sasá!!!!!!!!

Wonderful stay in Sicily
We all (family of 5) had a wonderful stay at Casa Sasa villa. It is a lovely modern, quiet and peaceful villa with 3 bathrooms and air-con in all bedrooms. The pool area is great with plenty of sunshine and partially shaded at one end, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Our gracious hosts were always on hand via WhatsApp if we had any questions or problems, although we had no problems during our 10-day stay. There is a nice sandy beach nearby (5-minute drive) which is not over busy, and the beautiful coastal town of Cefalu is very close. Palermo and Sicily in general is beautiful with plenty to see, do and eat (love the fish). Thanks.

A perfect stay in Casa Sasa
Casa Sasa is a lovely traditional Sicilian home which has been modernised and updated, but keeping it's original features. We were greeted by the owners who were very welcoming, and told us all we needed to know about the property, and were on hand to fix any small problems we had. The villa was beautifully clean on arrival, and a welcome pack of food and drink was a nice, and unexpected, touch. The kitchen is well equiped, although a microwave would have been useful. The pool is so lovely and welcoming and a great addition to the house- perfect for cooling down in the August heat! The seating area and barbeque at the back of the villa was perfect for breakfast and evening meals. Although on a main road, the noise was minimal. The location of Casa Sasa is perfect for exploring northern Sicily. The beach is also not far to walk and shops are close too. Me and my family had a really enjoyable break here and thoroughly recommend a stay at Casa Sasa. Salvatore and his parents are perfect hosts. We rate them excellent - 10 out of 10!
