"Please note: The room was quiet and beds were particularly comfortable…Thankyou. I have sent a review this morning regarding the absence of a handbasin (or even a shelf for holding clothing before showering ) in the toilet/shower area. The review may not have reached you this morning, so if not - I spoke especially of the unsanitary situation of using the sink in the ‘kitchen’ area for washing hands following a toilet visit. This is a “clean area”- a place to make drinks, rinse/wash cutlery...

"We had travelled over 5 hours for our stay here. The staff did a curtesy call just checking we were still doing a late check-in and we were travelling safely. As a mum with two daughters we felt safe and secure especially getting their later at night. We will stay again "
