Thank you, Rikki & Chris,
We are a well-travelled couple & were amazed by the cleanliness of the Townhouse. It's well appointed, comfortable & elevated so, the decking affords a wonderful view over the district - & Rikki & Chris's vineyard, orchard, vegie garden, olive grove - & whatever else the lovely industrious couple have underway. We stayed three nights but would have happily extended our relaxing visit if time had permitted.We opted for the upstairs bedroom for convenience even though the en-suite is a little shy of shelving, but there is plenty of space to put toiletries etc in the large bedroom.Definitely would return if the opportunity arises.

Wonderful. Stunning. Sheer Luxury.
Our stay at Litoria Garden Guest House was the highlight of our trip to Tasmania. The property is truly stunning and luxurious, spacious and so comfortable! We especially loved the location and quietness of the neighbourhood as well. Rikki and Chris are the most wonderful caring owners, so welcoming, warm and friendly, and very generous. We highly recommend Rikki and Chris’ guest house as the best place to stay. Maureen and Ian, Geelong.

Sunny and Welcoming
Lovely spacious modern unit with wonderful ambiance. Rikki is an amazing host and it was wonderful to have vegetables and fruit from the garden and drink their lovely wine. This was our fourth stay and we will continue to stay when we come to Launceston area if possible.

A great place
Super nice people to deal with, and a perfect place for us to use as a base for looking around the Norther Tasmanian area. Amazing gardens with fresh tomatoes, passion fruit, carrots & capsicum. A tasty jar of home made tomato relish was dropped off to us, which we finished off in Hobart. A nice quiet area, awesome bakery & general store, the pub was good too. Thanks for hosting us Kiwi's that hadn't been to Tassie since we were kids in the 1970's.

New home a few kms north of Launceston with great views.
Beautiful home, spotlessly clean, with all the modern facilities. Two bedrooms with spa in main bathroom downstairs and main bedroom with ensuite upstairs. The ensuite basin was small with no bench space which was a bit inconvenient. Overall still five stars.

What a magnificent property. Townhouse was pristine and the decore was beautiful. Rikki is a lovely host. The garden and the scenery is lovely. An extremely comfortable stay. Highly recommend it.

Rikki and Chris's house exceeded all our expectations. It was immaculate with a high standard of fixtures and fittings. We were only there two nights but wished it had been longer. The house is in a lovely position with good views and lots of parking. Rikki and Chris were very helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. Thank you!

Amazing property, with a fantastic view and owners
This place is immaculate. Very modern with a beautiful view. Makes you feel right at home. Rikki is amazing. We had a late flight and it was pouring rain. Rikki let us have a very late check-out. Can't wait to return.

The photos of the property do not do it justice. It was beautiful inside and out!
From the moment we arrived it was a very pleasant experience. Our host had turned on all heaters to take the chill off the house before our arrival. We had a few bottles of wine in kitchen complimentary. The property itself is beautiful and well worth the price and location. Very short trip into town when needed. Great place to put your feet up and enjoy the serenity.

This accommadation was amazing. Very clean comfortable and had everything you could ask for. Location was good it was quiet and the view over the vineyard was great. The added extras of wine and fruit was very much appreciated. We will be back to stay again and would recommend it to everyone.
