"The house was so cute! The gardens in the back and around the front entry were really amazing and added to the charm. When you walk in the little hall way goes left to a living area or right to a set of stairs that leads to the upper floor. The upstairs has a huge bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The bedroom all the way to the left has 2 beds and a kitchenette in it which was pretty cool. The other side of the hall has a queen bedroom and a single bedroom. The upstairs also has a door at the bottom...

"Property owner, claims VRBO booked property without his knowledge. So it ended up being double booked. He made us pay 500 additional to stay. Although he did allow us to stay an additional night. Its the principal. The kitchen was full of ants. He had someone come and put ant traps down but that still didn't help. Non of the beds had sheets on them. I have never rented a house that doesn't have clean linen on the beds when you get there. Definitely do not recommend. "

"Property was very clean and in a convienent location. Quick trip with extended family and it worked out very well. You can walk to Harpoon Hannahs for lunch / dinner. The beach ia a short drive away and Fenwick has a state park nearby. You need to get to the park before 10 if you want to get a spot. "This property was very clean and spacious. Nancy is a prompt and responsive host. We had a very large group for a beach family reunion. There’s a trolley that goes through the neighborhood every 30 minutes or so that will take you to the boardwalk for free. The boardwalk is about a mile away. The neighborhood was very quiet and walking distance to a handful of shops and businesses. Nancy had almost everything we needed. We couldn’t find any oven mits, but we just used folded kitchen towels....
