"This was the most quaint and cozy beautiful "little" apartment we could have ever found. The location is gorgeous. It was so clean and had everything you could ever need and more. The hosts were so friendly, gracious and knowledgeable about the area and made our trip extra special. This is the perfect weekend getaway spot or a week in the country. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again."

"This was my second visit to Fountain View. This time I stayed in the upstairs apartment and enjoyed it as much as the first visit. My time there is spent working on a nearby property so having a place to come back to every night that is comfortable and has great amenities is important and again they did not fail to impress. You can tell the hosts take great care with the property and they are easy to get in touch with. Location is picturesque and convenient to restaurants, stores and sights."

"We had plans to explore most of Seneca Lake, Corning, and Ithaca. The location of the farm was PERFECT and Barb and Barb could not have been more accommodating. The rental was the best space for us to launch from and gave us room to spread out and enjoy the scenery. Such a perfect, beautiful spot to stay for our honeymoon! "

The only thing we would suggest is, that the description of the place was clearer on the fact that the house is attached to another house. Otherwise we would give it a five. "

"This adorable appartement in Elmira New York was a perfect fit for my friend and I and was in a beautiful area. The town was cute and the home itself was tidy and a perfect space. I would 100% recommend this place for a couple of people looking for a place to stay while visiting upstate New York. The owner of the place was incredibly reliable and easy to get a hold of and made our stay as comfortable as possible."

"Property is exactly as described and is very quaint. I love the fact that an older home is being repurposed instead of torn down. The bed was comfy, coffee pot works and coffee on the deck was fantastic… watching fishermen and boaters on the lake, listening to nature and feeling the sun. We did not use the kitchen as we had day trips away from the property and with family but the kitchen is adequately stocked for minimal cooking. Finding a rental in this area, at a reasonable price and a comfy...

I have never had to do that before in any of the VRBOs we have stayed at. Also I found the request to strip the beds unusual as usually the property owner does that or has someone do that when they clean. "
