"The apartment is in a very convenient location. The view is amazing and we spent many mornings watching the sun rise over the mountain. It’s far enough from the tourist area so it’s not as crowded. We traveled a lot by tram (stop is just around the corner) and by bus (stops are right in front of the apartment). The caretaker is responsive, pleasant, and just great to work with. If we make it back to Nice we will stay here again."

"We spent 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is secure and very safe. The location just across from the beach and all local attractions made it close to everything. We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again. "

"Superbe appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne, nous avons tout aimé. Il est idéalement situé dans le centre de Beaulieu et malgré tout dans un environnement calme. La plage est proche, les balades multiples… Bref nous recommandons ce logement a 1000%. Nous tenons également à préciser que les propriétaires sont adorables et Anna qui nous a accueillie est trop mignonne et arrangeante."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist groß genug für zwei Pesonen und gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Küchenutenilien). Die Couch (eher unbequem, da das Gestänge durchdrückt) im Wohnzimmer haben wir als 2. Bett genutzt , weil das bequeme Bett im Schlafzimmer sehr schmal ist und wir Abstand bzgl. des Schnarchens bevorzugt haben. Die Vermieter hatten die Bettwäsche leider nicht am Anreisetag, sondern erst an Tag 2 nach wiederholter Anfrage bereit gestellt....

"Apartment is in a great location but could be so much better if they updated. Second bathroom towel rail broken and put under basin, shower facet on last legs. All the furniture looks as though it has come from a cheap flea market. The crockery was old and stained. The blinds in the lounge and dining area are broken so light and noise comes into the apartment. With a bit more TLC this could be a great apartment "

"It was the worst experiencie we had. We arrive to check in at 20 pm, but there was nobody there. No human being from the hotel to do the check in. The put a phone number on the door "if you arrive later, please call xxx number". We called that number any times, may be 20 times, but nothing, the number didn`t work. The next morning, people from Zenitude told me they give back our money of the reservation (we have already pay it), but later, Expedia told us Zenitude deny to give our money back....
