A Perfect Getaway at Stargazer Cabin
The cabin offered a private and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the stunning night sky; the stars were absolutely breathtaking and lived up to the cabin's name perfectly! Additionally, it was conveniently located just a short drive from Gardner State Park, which provided even more opportunities for exploration and nature. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, allowing us to focus on relaxing and soaking in the beautiful surroundings.My only complaint is that I didn’t have more time to fully enjoy all that this wonderful place has to offer. I would highly recommend the Stargazer Cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature!

It’s was really nice
It was really nice the river was dry near our cabin but we could still swim nearby. I think next I will reserve with the actual cabin site than Vrbo to save $200 that was ridiculous. But the cabin itself was nice.

Stargaze cabin
Cabin was simple and sturdy with concrete floor and deck. Beds, pillows (and bedding on request) were comfortable. Lovely property, clean and quiet. Kitchen had just enough room and equipment for simple meals, bbq grill outside turned out some great ribs. Manager was very responsive to questions and requests. Has a great time and would absolutely go back!

Excellent Getaway to recharge and relax
The checkin process was very easy and the place was just perfect. I will definately be coming back as it's an excellent place to get away and recharge. Can't wait to see what it's like in the summer!

Clean property, privacy, quiet, relaxing
Short walk down to the river. It was a bit shallow during our stay, perfect for the little ones. Further down the river we found some deeper water holes under the trees, great for taking a cool dip. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Leakey Weekend Getaway
This property was wonderful. The grounds are nicely maintained and the outdoor are near the cabin has plenty of picnic tables, seating around the fire pit, horseshoe pit, etc. Just a short walk to the river. Our dogs loved fetching balls and running on the large lawn next to the rive. I give the property and location "2 thumbs up". We plan to visit in the summer and I will be sure to bring my own pans, knives and cutting board to make cooking easier. At first I thought it was odd to bring my own linens but I actually liked it- made me feel more at home with my own linens.

Amazing!
We loved our stay in this cabin. It felt very private and we had a lot of space to wander around. We saw so much wildlife during our short stay. We had lots of fun paddle boarding and my partner got to fish a little bit. I would definitely recommend this cabin to couples and families looking for a nice private getaway in beautiful nature!!

Heaven!
I would like to give this property low ratings so it will be easier for me to rent again, but it was Heaven! The lovely front porch is perfect for having morning coffee with the humming birds. The short walk down to the very private stretch of river is very manageable, even with my 1 and 4 year old.
