Beautiful Condo
This is one of the best condo's we have rented, and we rent them frequently. Lots of room great location close to town and the river. The only drawback is the truck traffic in the early morning. Semi and garbage trucks are backing down the alley which is adjacent to the master bedroom before the sun comes up. Obviously, the owners have no say about when the trucks come but they were there every morning we were there. Location to town was great we walked everywhere. The parking garage entrance is extremely tight as is the garage itself. I drive a 1-ton GMC pickup truck, and it was a real chore getting it past all the poles and the extremely tight turns. it would not be a problem for a SUV or a regular passenger car to navigate. Beautiful condo great location.

First time in Leavenworth. Condo was perfect. Location was perfect. Best experience I've had so far. Communication with host was great. Asked a question and got a prompt response. My Highlander had no problem parking in the garage. Will stay again on our next trip.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Leavenworth with walking ease to the downtown this is your place. If visiting on a weekend you most likely will hear music from the brewery across the street. The place is as stated. If looking for a scenic ride take the icicle road for about 10 miles. Our host was very responsive.

Family Wedding in Leavenworth
The condo was somewhat tricky to find in spite of the excellent map provided and GPS to guide us! When we finally did arrive, it all made sense. Everything was sparkling clean and so spacious , so much nicer than a hotel room for the four of us. We appreciated the little amenities like the beverages, popcorn and condiments provided. The kitchen was very well equipped though we didn’t cook at all during our stay ….. too many restaurants to explore and a wedding to celebrate! Check ins and outs were seamless and very much on the honour system. We would certainly recommend this unit to others highly. My one caveat would be that the location is hilly (as is much of Leavenworth) which is a bit of a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. I require a walker.

Alley Way Traffic
The commercial/industrial vehicle traffic in the east alley was a major distraction to this unit. Loud refuge collection and other large commercial vehicle activities as early as before 5am is so incorrect for a 10pm-8am quite hour. The city has a significant problem with a lack of an ordinance to respect personal space.

My girlfriends and I loved our stay in the very center of town. We had everything we’d needed in the condo. Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. Parking more than one car was a bit challenging but that’s a Leavenworth issue. Thanks so much!

Great Location and Friendly Host
We had never been to Leavenworth as a family, and we decided to go for our daughter’s spring break. This condo is in the perfect location! A few steps from the main area and a quick walk to nature trails, there’s no shortage of exciting adventures…without needing a car! Lisa is a great host who communicates so well. The condo is clean, comfortable, secure, and well supplied. It was also very peaceful and quiet at night. We very much enjoyed our home away from home!

This property was beautiful and comfortably furnished. The location was ideal being not only in town but also on the edge of the river. Off street parking was tight but one of the best amenities provided. The ice and water dispenser were also much appreciated… it’s the little things that we sometimes take for granted. If ever available I would stay here again. Lisa was a communicative host and everything went smoothly.
