Killer place for Octoberfest

Cozy home with beautiful river view
This home is wonderful and cozy, with large windows in the main living room and a wonderful kitchen! The electric firebox in the living room makes it nice and toasty when it’s cool outside. The home has a river view, perfect for morning coffee on the back deck. We were nicely greeted with snacks and good coffee- all of which we devoured! The location was ideal for walking to the main streets for shopping and dining, and not having to worry about finding a parking spot! I do wish the master bedroom had a king sized bed, but the amenities are clearly stated and totally accurate. We enjoyed our weekend, and would love to come back again someday!

A+ home and location for Leavenworth
Pretty unique spot, it's literally 2 blocks from 'downtown' Leavenworth but somehow also on a pretty quiet property overlooking the river (on the town-side of the river, too). Parked my car in the driveway the evening we arrived and didn't touch it again until we left a few days later, such a plus! 3BR with the downstairs being the master w/attached bath/shower/tub etc, and the upstairs holds 2 bedrooms that are attached via a shared full BR. Great layout, and shout out to the owner Terry who lives nearby and provided great comms and support (not to mention restaurant suggestions)!

Sister weekend
My two sisters and I came for the weekend. The house is amazing and in easy walking distance for three 60+ year olds to shops, entertainment, and dining. We didn't want to leave! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could need, there were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets... it was perfect!

Great Location and View
Stayed with our two adult children and had a great stay. The house is everything it says in VRBO and more. Loved sitting on back porch looking at deer in yard and the river behind house. House is a in a quiet neighborhood but still a very short walk to town. Close to everything. Very clean and owner thought of everything you may need during your stay. Highly Recommend!!

Amazing time in Leavenworth
We had the absolute best time. It is such an awesome location with walking distance to town and the riverfront. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the deers eat apples. The house is clean, pretty, open and perfect for couples! Thank you, thank you!

3 of us stayed in the home where we enjoyed the beautiful views and easy walk into town. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable. We would love to come back next year!

Perfect location
The location of the rental is ideal for downtown Leavenworth. We walked to dinner and ice cream every night, no need to drive. You are located in the heart of the town. Terry was a great host with a sweet welcome gift. Very accommodating and the house was clean. We loved our time traveling to Washington to hit the beautiful trails! Enchantments were truly amazing! Bridal veil falls and lake serene were beautiful as well!

Group of hikers.
We were 3 couples staying in Leavenworth and had a wonderful time at this house. The kitchen was amazing, very well stocked.We especially enjoyed the deck in the morning before it got hot!! The location was excellent. A quiet street and easy walk into town and to the waterfront walk. Terry was exceptionally accommodating and went out of her way to help us!!

Great vacation rental.
This house looks just like the photos online. It has a beautiful view and is very close to town. The host was very easy to communicate with. She left us a basket with snacks, wine and coffee! Will stay here again next time we come to Leavenworth.

This is an exceptional VRBO. The cabin is beautiful and overlooks the icicle river. The location is a 5 minute walk in to downtown Leavenworth. This was our second stay here. Will definitely return!

Absolutely perfect in every way!
Out host Terry was fantastic! She was very responsive to any questions we had, and she went out of her way to be sure there wasn't anything we needed. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a basket full of snacks including a gift card to a local restaurant which was fabulous! There was 3 of us on a girl's trip and everything was perfect. The house was just as nice as the pictures and the view was absolutely beautiful! The house is stocked with everything we needed Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, coffee, spices etc. There was plenty of beach towels, towels and blankets. It was so nice to have the air conditioning and it stayed cool in the rooms upstairs. The location of the house was perfect. We were able to walk to everything. It was so close to all the restaurants and shops in town. I can't say enough about Terry's kindness and her beautiful house. We can't wait to come back, and we highly recommend Terry's place. We can't wait to come back! Thanks again Terry!

One Great Night In Leavenworth!
Although we were only there for a short time our stay here was wonderful and we received the best hosting experience I have perhaps ever had. Terry was such a pleasant host and really went the extra mile to not only make us feel welcome in the home, but to do her best to cater to our strange arrival and departure schedule as well as give us TONS of ideas for things to do in the area. The house was beautiful and so close to everything walkable in town as well as a lovely float down the river. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much!

Cannot rate this one high enough! Listing does not do it justice! Terry thought of everything (all the amenities and comforts of home with very nice and thoughtful touches!) and communication was excellent! Very convenient walk to town with beautiful views.
