"the location and place were fine. A lot of things needed 'tightening up.' The bunk bed was not assembled tightly and wobbled. It also has a metal frame that was pressed up to a metal electrical box, which in many places would be a construction violation or hazard. Other things needed work. The porch light is burnt out. Things like that. "

"This house exceeded expectations. We had a group of 18 ranging in ages from 6 to 75. The outdoor space was a hit with all the kids in spite of cooler November weather. The commercial style kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal. The indoor space had so many areas of entertainment and relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for more. The stay was great and we would highly recommend!"

"Check in was easy, but we received the code after check in time. The house wasnt the cleanest we have stayed at, the blinds in the bathroom were covered in dust, there was dried rice and food still on the table, something had spilled in the freezer and wasnt cleaned up. We stayed with 3 toddlers, it wasnt really a fit for young kids but we made it work. Also, we could only find 3 washcloths total for 7 people. It was alright to stay at for 2 nights, we werent at the house much."

"We had an great stay at Cozy in KC. The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. The location was about a 20 minute drive from downtown KC. While everything was great, just be aware that tv's are older with a fussy remote, but it didn't impact our overall experience. "

"Kelly and Marty were attentive but not intrusive. The place was so lovely and quaint. We enjoyed the bottle of wine...what a treat after a day of travel and shopping. It is such a neat location, and I enjoyed my walk through unique architecture and historic homes. We enjoyed the transformation book and how the space came to be. I ended up having to work for several hours and truly appreciated the internet speed. We have this location saved for future trips. Thanks!!!!!"

"We had 8 adults, 8 kids and an infant for our annual family get-away. The interior of the home was spotless with plenty of room for everyone including plenty of towels and linens. The yard and area around the fire pit and pool was in need of some TLC but the pool itself was fantastic! Vani was very easy to communicate with. The AC had trouble keeping up upstairs and the lower level was cold, but the temperature outside was in the upper 90’s-100 every day. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We came to Kansas City to spend Thanksgiving with my husband‘s brother and his wife. We love the Plaza and the location was great. Having Pizza 51 just down the street and the Whole Foods market was also very convenient. We attended a Chiefs game on Friday and had many memorable and delicious meals. We were able to walk to the Capital Grille, Gram & Dun. Took an Uber to Union Station and ate at Pierpont’s. Walked to TaHa Mexican restaurant, which was excellent! The Penthouse was beautiful had...
