Gretna Greatness
We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was spacious for us and the beds were comfortable. I thought it could have been a little cleaner. There were some cobwebs around the house. Overall though it was a lovely experience.

Cute quirky house!
The neighborhood and house are quirky and adorable. I would love to see this area in the summer and I bet in the fall it is beautiful! The house looked exactly as described and pictured except the 2 twin beds are actually a trundle bed. The house was VERY CLEAN. I do wish the upstairs bathroom had a small vanity instead of a pedestal sink for some counter space. Also there was no mention the parking was offsite until we got check in instructions. It was no issue for us since we had good weather, but if it was raining would have been terrible. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!!

Quiet Getaway
I recently stayed at a quiet cottage in Mt. Gretna and found it to be a peaceful retreat. While not ideal for larger individuals, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the kitchen met our needs, though we couldn't locate the hot pads. Beware of the incredibly loud fire station siren. On the positive side, there's an excellent local bar/restaurant called The Hideaway within walking distance. However, we encountered some inconveniences like leftover garbage in the bins from previous guests, and we had to leave our trash there. Also, a potential safety concern was a storage room filled with cleaning supplies and construction materials. Despite these issues, it was an overall good stay, and I would recommend it.

Perfect for families with dogs. Lots of walking trails in this quaint and rustic town nestled in the woods with easy access to Hershey, Lebanon, and Lancaster

Great for Adults Without Canes
Great stay, but these old houses are not ADA compliant. My dad stayed with us, and we had to help him up the stairs. There are no side tables in two of the three bedrooms, so if you have a CPAP machine, you will need to use the master bedroom or take one of the side tables from the master bedroom and move it into the other bedroom. They are light. The kitchen is small, so if you do alot of cooking, ask what they have before you go so you are prepared. The place was very comfortable other than the small details i mentioned. That being said, I do recommend staying here.

Great stay for the Renaissance Faire!
This had all the amenities we needed for a weekend stay for the nearby Renaissance Faire! We were a party of 6 adults and two dogs. Having two full baths was a necessity. We did bring a room divider as the trundle bed at the top of the landing wasn’t a very private space. Thank you for having us and we’ll book again for our next year!

We came to go to the Hershey car show so location was great. We may have been the first renters since the renovation so there were a few little things that needed attention. I was disappointed in the kitchen. It could use a few more essentials, a glass plate for the microwave, a couple of wine glasses, and really, would it be asking too much to supply toilet paper with what I spent on rent and cleaning?

Fresh updated cottage
This updated cottage conveniently located close to parking off Boulevard, but still nestled in the heart of Mt Gretna neighborhood near the tabernacle was perfect for our small family (3 adults, 1 teen, 1 tween) visiting for the Renn Faire! There were just the right number of beds and bathrooms. The dining room was nice and large for our family to hang out near a cozy living room and adorable kitchen. There was also a wonderfully large wrap around porch with comfy chairs our family enjoyed. As an artist I especially loved the rustic farmhouse midcentury glamping decor aesthetic!

Girls weekend
Came here for a girls weekend at the Renaissance Faire. Very close to some local spots (walkable distance) and a short 12min drive to the Faire grounds. Beautiful home, well equipped with appliances and comfort items alike. Also, the other members of the community are very helpful and friendly! I would definitely stay here again any time, beautiful work, cozy cottage!

Cozy in Mt Gretna
This is a comfortable home in a convenient location. We were able to walk to the Porch and Pantry for lunch and the Hideaway restaurant for dinner. Sitting on the porch of this home in the evenings was very relaxing in this quaint neighborhood.

Loved the house - clean and historic!
We had a lovely stay at the cottage — it’s SO NICE to have a vacation home not jammed up with “decor.” Our family of four was very happy here, we especially enjoyed the open porch! Two things not about the house itself: there may be concerts in the tabernacle directly across the sidewalk from the front door. There was a LOUD, oldies cover band playing until 9pm on Saturday, which is rough when your kids should be asleep by 8. AND the locals are, in a word, spiteful. My husband grew up around here and he said that was typical, but it surprised me.

Enjoyed our family trip.
We stayed at the cottage for two nights while visiting Hershey, PA. Communication was excellent and the check in process was very easy. There were four adults and two children. Very clean cottage and friendly, relaxed neighborhood. Thank you for a great stay!
