"Thank you Desni & Steve. This was our second stay at Paradise In York and the name remains accurate. The area, the coast, the property, the house - are awesome. "The house and location are gorgeous. The bedrooms are all nice but the two ocean facing rooms are fantastic. They are huge, all windows, and well appointed. Although there is no direct access to the beach, the walk down the hill is short and well worth it. The beach is lovely and has incredible sunrise views. I would have booked again for next year if there was availability!"

"The house was very clean as promised. It has great potential if owners would update the furnishings of the house. While the furniture was very clean it was mostly worn out. Definitely not up to par with other properties we have stayed in associated with VRBO. The outside has got to be cleaned up. Abandoned swimming pool with tall brush growing up around it and what’s up with the junked Bass boat in the back yard. If I was a neighbor I would contact local government agency to get this yard...
