"This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. "

"Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!"

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

From the moment I reached out to the host he was gracious, easy-going and said I was going to LOVE the Penthouse. He wasn’t kidding! The check in process was seamless, the location superb with amazing views of Hampton Beach right out the window! The condo was perfect in size for us and was filled with all the amenities of home! "We had an AMAZING stay! The house was absolutely perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. Eric & Wendy's property is clean, comfortable, and had a plethora of fun games for the kids & adults to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and exactly what we VT'ers prefer. I would highly recommend this to families visiting the area. We wish we had booked a longer stay! Well worth the price, location,and convenience to area attractions. "

"Cute room with very responsive renters! Building had very nice people staying throughout. Loved the little beach across the street, not crowded. My 8 year olds tolerated the 15-20 minute walk to the strip. We were a bit bummed being in north Hampton but fell in love with it and plan to come back!"
