We were visiting from the east coast attending a family function close by. This house fit our family perfectly. It’s clean and comfortable. The owner was also easy to communicate with.

This home is in a great neighborhood. It is well taken care of, there was plenty of space for my family of 6 plus my parents. We all loved the bonus of game tables downstairs. We had one hiccup in the beginning that was taken care of immediately and professionally by the manager. We would love to stay here again!

The home met our needs. It was clean and check in was easy. We did run out of paper towels and had to buy more because there were no dish towels in the kitchen to dry hands. Other than that it was great.

Nice house close to Thanksgiving Point
The house worked well for our stay. We had 5 senior ladies attending a quilting event at Thanksgiving Point. I will point out that all 5 bedrooms require up or down stairs The owner responded quickly to a request we had. I would stay here again.

Not as expected
Great size and location. Had the bedrooms we needed but yard wasn't able to be used as described, front door not all that secure since the knob was about to fall off and shower in master didn't drain. That's where I will leave it for now. But it was in a central location for what we needed and had enough bedrooms.

Owner Has Not Seen Property in Months
The inside was just as advertised and extremely clean and stocked. The issues we had were just neglect, as if no one has checked on the property in a long time. 1. The front door handle was about to fall off and we had no tools to fix it. 2. The front and back yard was just dirt with weeds growing everywhere. 3, The patio furniture is broken and piled in a heap. 4. The master bed was as hard as a rock, same complaint that others have made.

Gorgeous, modern and spacious!
This property was wonderful! The location was close to everything. The home was clean, wonderfully decorated and had plenty of extra blankets and towels. They even had the black makeup removal towels. It was spacious, we had plenty of room for our family. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location
Very clean home in a great location for lots of exciting adventures. Only draw back was narrow roads with limited garage parking. Parking on street is tight! Quiet neighborhood. Great home! We all enjoyed our stay.

Process from start to finish was smooth. Owner was very responsive, place was very clean, beds were comfortable. The back yard hangout area was perfect after a long day. Very close to many amenities. My wife and I both said we would stay here again.

Nice Place but terrible beds and unusable basement space
The place was in a nice location, easy to get to things, and was nice and clean but two of the beds were terrible and the basement/game room wasn't usable. We had 8 people staying here and the only reason we went in the basement after we figured out the bed wasn't usable was to shower. The bed in the basement had springs popping up -- No one can sleep on it not even kids. One of the beds upstairs also was very sunken in on different parts of the mattress and needs replaced as well! The game room downstairs was a disappointment and was really unusable space. The downstairs game room was one of the reasons we rented this place, so the young adults could play games, watch tv, and just hang out. It sounded like a great place, but the pool table was miniature and loses it appeal within 15 minutes. There are no video, board games, or movies. There is a tv down there but there is no place to sit but a high bar table with 2 stools. You would have to sit on the tile floor against the wall if you wanted to watch anything for more than 15 minutes. If they would get rid of the bar stool/table and miniature pool table and put a couch down there to sit on with some video games, board games, movies, or dart board -- then at least the basement would be usable and a fun hangout. If they replaced the mattress on the two beds and made some changes to the basement then it would be a 5 star.

A Good Experience
There were six in our group, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I do have some some suggestions that may improve the experience for for others. I would liked to have had more timely information about location and check-in in order to provide it to the other family members who were coming. Also, though the property provides sleeping arrangements for up to ten people, the kitchen / dining area is small, and the table can only seat four, which forces a larger group to eat in shifts, making it somewhat inconvenient. A lower table that can expand would help a lot. The bedrooms all need night stands with lamps. It also took us until the last day to find the extra folding chairs. A printed list at the house with important items to know would be helpful.
