"The beds were firm than I would have liked. I noticed this halfway through the night when my hips started to ache, while laying on my side. But, the firmness may not be noticeable to others. Everything else at this Hotel was top notch. Breakfast was phenomenal!! (So many choices that I had a hard time deciding on what to put on my plate!!)"
"Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was very nice. There were some stains on the top cover of the bed, but the sheets are clean. The vending area was a hassle. One machine only took $1 bills and the other only took quarters. The canned soda was not cold. "
"We had a fire drill thanks to a guest smoking in their room past midnight. The hotel is equipped with state of the art fire protection including the hearing impaired.
The Wooster FD arrived quickly and a city firefighter disabled the alarm upon inspection.

"All the staff were warm and welcoming and were able to assist with any questions we had. The breakfast included in our stay was awesome! We come to Ohio 1x per year and will deff be back! Also shoutout to Starsha who checked us in upon arrival. She was great! "
