"Our family had a wonderful time at this quaint cottage. The village of Northleach was a great location for us to enjoy the Cotswold area for a few days. "We stayed in the 1 bed apartment, it had everything you need and was great to have the kitchen facilities. Lovely great big shower and everything nice and clean. I slept on the sofa bed and it was extremely uncomfortable, it’s one of those clic clac sofa beds so the surface isn’t designed for sleeping, you feel all the firm shapes of the sofa design and a big channel down the centre. I basically didn’t sleep so I advise everyone to book an apartment with enough actual beds for your party. But...

"Perfect cottage for myself and a friend. Great location for us, very peaceful but close enough to nearby towns and a stone’s throw from the local pub The Kings Head where everyone was very welcoming. The owners of the cottage had thought of everything! It was beautifully decorated and dressed…absolutely faultless. It was lovely and warm, especially with the log burner that, as it was cold enough, we were able to use. Would definitely like to rerun. Thanks Ann and Peter!"

"12 of us stayed at this beautiful house for 3 nights to see in the new year together, we had the most wonderful time. The house was perfect for all ages, there was something for everyone. We particularly liked that we could sit together in the living area and eat meals together as there was a dining table big enough for all of us. The games room and pool were perfect additions. Everyone enjoyed themselves which is a hard task when catering for all ages. We will be back, thank you"

"We booked this property for a few nights and received exceptional care from Mark the host who was warm, welcoming and accomodating with great suggestions of where we could visit nearby. The value for money is excellent as there are large rooms with all the comforts of a home.
