"This unit was a great reprieve from the tiny hotel rooms that we'd experienced so far on this trip. The apartment is actually bigger than the pictures represent. Clean and well equipped. "We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must. "The ground floor apartment is very nice, modern and clean. It is small, but there is enough space for 2 adults and a baby. The location is perfect, in the middle of the City Centre. The supermarket, restaurants and the Avenue de Champagne with all the champagne houses are really close by. There was no dishwasher."
