Beautiful villa except for the mosquitoes.
Lionel and Michelin were great hosts. Lionel met us at the airport to make sure we got to the villa. They had great suggestions for anything you would need. The villa had a nice plunge pool with nice views and a view of the ocean in the distance. You definitely need a vehicle as it’s a bit of a drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was great, except the mosquitoes were VERY bad.

Heaven on Earth

Thank you so much Lionel and Micheline. This was one of the very best vacation experiences we have ever had. Your kind attention and care added so much to our beautiful time in Ste. Martin and were so helpful and welcoming. The villa offered beautiful gardens and privacy. The kitchen offered everything we needed to cook for ourselves and the BBQ was spectacular. We really enjoyed looking at the view of the ocean and dipping in the pool every day, from the private deck. We felt so at home at Villa Zenitude. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Merci beaucoup Lionel et Micheline. Ce fut l’une des meilleures expériences de vacances que nous ayons jamais vécues. Votre aimable attention et vos soins ont tellement ajouté à notre beau séjour à Ste. Martin et étaient très serviables et accueillants. La villa offrait de beaux jardins et de l'intimité. La cuisine offrait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner nous-mêmes et le barbecue était spectaculaire. Nous avons vraiment apprécié admirer la vue sur l'océan et plonger dans la piscine tous les jours depuis la terrasse privée. Nous nous sommes sentis tellement chez nous à la Villa Zenitude. St. Martin Villa
Villa was very nice and clean. We had a very relaxing trip. Beaches were nearby. Lionel was very accommodating. One item to note is that laundry service is available and will be returned to you the next day. The washer and dryer are not in the villa.

Private with beautiful garden
This villa is kept very clean and has everything you might need for your stay. Several private beaches are perfect for a day in the sun without any crowds. The host was very accommodating. Note that there are (friendly) dogs on the property. Being a countryside villa, we did have an issue at night with mosquitoes entering through cracks in the front door and a couple very large cockroaches lurking in the bathroom.

Perfect location, well stocked, very private
WE had a wonderful sty at Lionel and Micheline's Villa Zenitude. We stay in many VRBo properties and this is the best stocked one yet! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and stocked, there were SO many towels, there was snorkel equipment, the island info was informative,... it had everything we needed. The villa is situated so there is plenty of privacy, just perfect for a week with your loved one. We will definitely stay here again. The Terres Basses is perfectly situated to enjoy Plum Bay, Long Bay and Bay Rouge and Happy Beach and Pinel are within a 30 minute drive. L'Express is wonderful for morning pastries and coffee and we highly recommend BE KOOL at Marina Royale. This is a gem of a VRBO!

Planning our vacation in St. Martins, I checked way over 100 villas , studio's appartments. I'm sure I couldn't have made a better choice , than choosing the Villa Zenitude. I was contacted by the host , Lionel, very soon after I booked the villa, and he gave me all info's I needed, including, the contact of the best car rental company. Lionel waited for us at the Airport on arrival, showed us the way to the villa, and together with Micheline , told us where we can find shop's , gas stations, supermarkets and everithing else. Regarding the Villa Zenitude, is everything you hope to be, you will find inside everything you need, for the beach, for cooking, and does't matter what kind of coffee you like, you will find an appliance to prepare it. The view from the outside deck is amazing, specially at sunset. To make the story short, our vacation was perfect , and I congratulate myselff for choosing the Villa Zenitude as our home base.

Just what I needed!
This property is one of the best! I've stayed in many vacation villas and homes and this one ranks at the top. The hosts are so accommodating and helpful. From assisting in arranging my my rental car to assisting with the delivery of my provisions prior to my arrival. I could not have asked for more. The property is beautiful and with sweeping views. We loved our stay. Plum Beach (super close) was the best beach, security was awesome and we always felt safe, hosts were super nice and we couldn’t believe how clean it all was. St. Martin Get Away
We had the privilege to stay at the Villa for 8 days. Lionel and Micheline were wonderful and very knowledgeable hosts. They have beautiful property. The stay was very quiet as well as restful. The restaurants that they suggested were great as well as places to go. It was a perfect blend of being on our own but having someone you know you could go to for advice.

This beautiful villa in the quiet neighborhood of French Les Terres Basses checked all the boxes for us. Natural setting, quiet, private plunge pool, beautiful villa. Beautiful property!
Micheline met us at the airport after a long day of travel and immediately made us feel welcome! The property is beautiful and well equipped; everything you could need was provided. Beach chairs/towels, umbrella, coolers, snorkeling equipment...everything. The welcome champagne was so thoughtful and appreciated. She was helpful with dining and shopping suggestions. Above all, the property was quiet, private, and peaceful. We can't wait to return!
