"Hotel ist vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis her gut. Zimmer mit Stadtblick sind wegen der Straßenbahn vor der Tür nicht von Vorteil. Fön ist solala. Bei Nutzung der Kalttaste kommt kaum rin Lüftchen durch den Fön."

"Por restricciones del COVID no pudimos hacer uso del hotel y se negaron siquiera a devolver al menos uno de los dos días que no usamos. No lo recomiendo en estos tiempos. Cualquier imprevisto y pierdes el dinero."

"After 20 min queing for check in, the recepcionist takes our ID and says: “you are coming through Expedia right?, so there is no room for you. You need to go to another hotel”.
