Sparkling rental in charming location.
This is a sparkling clean, well appointed property. It is within easy walking distance of both the beach and charming downtown Lewes. Mike is a meticulous host, providing a well organized guidebook to the area with multiple suggestions for dining and activities. The property is the perfect size for solo traveler, couple, or a family with 1 or 2 young children.

Xmas celebration in lewes
Great weekend in Lewes and a great time to visit with holiday activities all around. Rental was perfect base, and Mike provided simple easy check in and out. He was great about communicating ahead of time and responding to any questions very quickly. He also provided great local insight into place to eat, activities, and shopping…5 stars!!

Fantastic in every way!
We can’t say enough great things about our stay! Beautiful, clean accommodations and perfect location for exploring Lewes. The cruiser bikes were so appreciated—the ride to Cape Henlopen and Fort Miles was refreshing and the views of the Atlantic breathtaking! Mike and Tracey are incredible hosts—we can’t wait to return! Park your car for the week!
Location was great…centrally located. Easy to get to beach or town in minutes. And the Lewes daily market across the street was super convenient (great people!!). Condo was comfortable and clean. The coffee bar and cruisers were awesome! My husband loved the common area…blast from the past! My only negatives…town of Lewes, please put in a crosswalk at the intersection.

Stayed 3 nights. The location was great, just ashore walk over the canal bridge to historic Lewes. The condo was clean, well-appointed and great for a limited number of people. We would consider renting again.

Outstanding Stay
Great place in a great location. Perfect space for couple or small family. So recently renovated that it feels like staying in a brand new place. Exceptionally clean and everything needed for stay is provided. Short walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Two provided bikes are a huge plus with the miles of great trails in the area. Spent beautiful days exploring the area on bikes, to Rehoboth and back. Great communication from hosts, with helpful recommendations for restaurants, etc. Five stars. Can't go wrong here.

What a perfect place for my husband and me for our little getaway. Small but has everything we needed, great location, extremely clean, and we couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating and communicative host. Didn’t hurt that the weather was beautiful, as well. We certainly lucked out with this condo!

Excellent in every way!
This is probably the cleanest, best organized rental I’ve ever stayed at! The property is pretty and comfy with tons of natural light in the living area. The bedrooms have no windows, which is actually fine since it’s nice and dark for sleeping. Everything is pristine and the towels and bed linens are great quality. I liked the hand soap so much I went online and ordered some. 😊 Communication with our host was excellent and checking in and out was super easy. The location can’t be beat. We walked to a friendly pub across the street for dinner one night and there are so many more options close by. The beach was a short drive, but it’s walkable too. The unit is in a funny little building that was originally a market in the 50s but was later turned into condos. Tons of free parking and nice and quiet. All in all a great property and great hosts!

Great little apt, great location
We enjoyed our stay. The apt was as expected, very clean and just enough space for the 4 of us. Apt is very thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. The location is awesome between town and beach so walking to either for us was easy. It’s a funky building and all the years I’ve been coming here I never knew what it was. Now I know! We will definitely be returning.

Perfect getaway!
This was a perfect getaway for our anniversary at our favorite small town. Brief bike ride to the beach and a short walk to downtown eating and shopping. Love that they had bikes so we didn't need to bring our own! Would definitely go back!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament up in Frederica. Being near the beach seemed like a much better idea so we found their place on Vrbo. It was a great set up in a really cool historic building. The hosts provide a ton of information and a lot of great recommendations. When we go back, we will be staying there again

Amazingly relaxing!
Mike and Tracy were awesome host! The condo was very nice. Clean and convenient to so many things. We parked our car and were able to walk to everything. Restaurants, the local grocery store and even the farmer's market. Love the Lewes area so full of history. The use of the bikes was such a nice addition since we were literally 2 minutes from 3 major bike trails which were absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend this condo for all the above and the many extra little touches that made our stay so enjoyable including the fresh local coffee, the chocolate pretzels the wonderful guide book that helped with everything from the use of the coffee pot to the directions to the bike trails. If Mike &Tracy aren't already Super Host they should be! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely condo with us and accommodating us from our check in to our check out. It was truly a wonderful vacation!

This was a great stay. The house is adorable and was the perfect size for our group of four. Mike & fam were very responsive and helpful hosts. Perfect location, close enough to the beach and right in the heart of town by all the good restaurants. Highly recommend!
