Great house and location
The house was very cozy and comfortable. However, If you like a softer mattress the room next to the master bedroom has the most comfortable mattress in the house, and is really low to the ground The rest are a little on the firm side. The queen bed in the master is softer than the king bed. That was really the only downfall. I would stay again.

Great Stay
We loved staying here. Everything was streamlined. It was perfect for our group. It had a big table for games, a seperate room with a tv for football, all the rooms were comfortable.... lots of things you need to settle in. The only thing I would mention is there is only a tv in the small living space and in the master bedroom. For us that wasn't a big deal since we were there to unplug and spend time together. Just a great place for a stay in Kentucky!

The property and the neighborhood are very nice. The house has lots of room and we walked to the park everyday. The gas fireplace is a real bonus! Thanks for everything.

Great place to stay!
Highly recommend! Stayed over a long weekend for a wedding. Easy check in a check out. Everything was as listed. House was very clean and spacious. Will be looking to rebook the next time we come to Lexington.

Wedding Week
Such a great location - Lexington is so easy to get around- we were about 20 minutes from my daughter’s house and the wedding venue - we had my 89 year old mother with us and the first floor bedroom was perfect- a couple friends from out of town which the extra full bath upstairs was just perfect for them.The kitchen of course is the gathering place and it was so well appointed- could have cooked easily with all the great pans and grill- but we ate out mostly. Our host Jason was great and we highly recommend this property for a short or long stay! Also it’s in a wonderful neighborhood!

Plenty of Space and Great Location
We had 7 guys down there for a bachelor party. The place was in a great location with plenty of good restaurants and highway access to satisfy any party. We all had plenty of space with 7 adult guys, and the house was well maintained and clean.

Great House
Used this house as a place to stay for the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Close enough to all distilleries, plenty of space and parking for a large group. We had the air conditioning go out on our stay and the owner came and had it fixed within the hour of me notifying him. The beds were comfy and the outside patio was nice. A great quiet neighborhood too. Highly Recommend!

Guys Weekend Golf Trip
We stayed at the property with our group of 8 friends for a golf trip. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the property. We have stayed at this property at least 4 or 5 times and we look forward to our annual trip. The house is perfect for our group.

Lovely area
We used this house as a hub for golf and sightseeing and it was perfect. We enjoyed using the patio for both morning coffee and evening relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet and inviting to walk through. A market is nearby (and walkable) and access to highways easy. Jason was available quickly to answer any question we had before we arrived and any other information was readily available at the house. We highly recommend this property.

Easter 2024
We were in town for our annual Easter gathering and this was our first stay. We had previously stayed in another vacation rental in Lexington that we’d outgrown. Our two adult children and their families (spouses and two children each) came in from Seattle and Washington DC. There was more than enough room and the house was exactly as described. Check in was smooth and effortless, instructions were posted throughout the house as well as with the check in instructions. We had a minor glitch as there was a power outage briefly throughout the area and Jason responded quickly and confirmed that yes there was an outage. We would definitely rent this home again.
