"A perfect location in Frederick. The Carroll Creek Canal is right behind the house and is beautifull! Aaron gave us excellent recommendations as to where to visit and eat. The house is older but clean, tidy and comfortable. We did use the kitchen to cook and gave Aaron a few pointers to improve what he had for utensils. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks Aaron"

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hollow Hideaway. It is a cozy and tastefully decorated home with comfortable beds and sofas. It was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. The house is in a quiet area but is close enough to take trips to several nearby towns. We spent time in Shepherdstown, Harper's Ferry, Frederick, and Westminster. Suzanne is a great host who communicated well with us. This home is a gem!"

"Lovely well kept property. It has everything you need. Comfortable beds and convenient location. The only drawback is the front bedroom has LOTS of street noise. I used a fan for white noise and earplugs. It’s on a busy street. Fire Station is nearby too. Great park for kids across the street. Close to a few great restaurants within walking distance."

"This extremely well renovated historic site could not possibly be in a better location for exploring Frederick. Danny was very responsive and checking in and out were easy. Keep in mind it's an historic site at the intersection of two streets, half a block from the art center and a lovely bridge across the creek - all positives, but you do need to keep privacy in mind. "We had trouble locating the property despite GPS. We eventually found it and coukdnt operate the lockbox. Kids jimmied it open and we got the key. Unfortunately the host was not available to help at that particular time. The inside was great and well appointed with everything we needed.
