Decent stay near LIH
the location is good with close proximity to LIH airport and the towns of Kapa'a, Poipu. The resort appears dated with the maintenance of facilities poorly managed such as the gym, the pool. This was a private unit and there were issues with the room such as leaky faucet in the bathtub, poor quality of bath towels.

Beautiful spot with easy beach access. Crystal, the hostess, was very friendly and helpful. The resort where the room is located is well run and has plenty of convenient amenities. The staff at the resort were very helpful and at the ready if any problems arose. The room itself is on the ground floor with very easy access to pool and beach. Parking was easy and there is a valet or self park option. I'm very satisfied with our choice.

Good place and good price
The grounds were beautiful and we loved that our room opened right up to the grounds. The staff at the resort were friendly and the restaurant had great food. It was peaceful and quiet. Air conditioning worked great! We thought the pools were chilly and it would have been nice if they were heated.

AMAZING!!
We were in a bind and Crystal, the host, went ABOVE and beyond to help us book some additional nights to stay since our flight was canceled. She responded about as quickly as possible and had personal contact with me the entire time during a very stressful time of many rebooking items with a flight cancelation. Do not hesitate and book this property!!! Thanks again Crystal your help and support made our trip what we wanted it to be!!! Can't wait to book again with you in the future

Enjoyable experience
It is a beautiful property and for the most part the staff was friendly. There is a definite divide between the hotel guests and property owner guests in regard to access to the amenities and that was obvious which can make it uncomfortable at times. Crystal, the host was very responsive.

The room is in a great location, it’s on the 1st floor pretty close to the front lobby area. The view from the room is great, it’s all pool, waterfalls and palm trees. I will be back

It was absolutely perfect except for the small inconvenience and disappointment that the sand bottom pool with the water slide was out of commission the entire time we were there . I guess the pump went out and waiting on a replacement. Other than that we had a great time and would come back and stay here again .

We don’t like resort where is no housekeeping at all or you have to pay extra
Also we do not like that the unit was all the time humid and aircon was able to put just for cold not for hot. The unit has just 1 outside chair to sit but we were 2 people. In unit you have rules what you have to clean by yourself and where to throw the garbage to dustbin… all you have to do by yourself.. but that’s not holiday. You even had to pay for breakfast and your accomodation was in resort but unit own some private owner so resort doesn’t take care about you at all if you need something. I do not recommend that hotel if you want to rest and have relax… you probably would hear your neighbours all the time if they have a child like us… and cleanliness of the unit has much to improve as well… hawaii- usa is not anymore what it used to be…

Wonderful stay
Great property, lenai (porch) leads right out to pools. Grounds are beautiful. Multiple pools, hot tubs (even kids can go in was a plus), fun slide for 42"+. There was a pack and play. So convenient being 1st level running in and out but higher levels probably have ocean views but quick walk to ocean. Lots of coastline to walk, lots of coral but picturesque. Close to airport but was not disturbed by tons of planes. Wonderful large waterfalls into the pool see from laying in bed. Would bring extra beach towels or do a load of laundry. Great live music during weekends. Overall great experience.

Our towels were dirty, you have to pay for parking, there's cockroaches everywhere in the room. The siding door and blackout pannels are hard to shut. The pace is run down and it shows half the lamps don't work. The best thing about this room is the festivities that come along with the hotel
