"Cleanliness of the refrigerator wasn’t the best. We enjoyed the place, especially getting back to nature with the wild animals. The detour to get the the property was long however provided great animal viewing. Fishing was not to great as had to drive a long ways to get to the lakes. Town was fantastic as the woodcarvings contest was going on. Will stay again as the kids really loved it. The black stone grill was new, but didn’t have the right tools to keep it clean."

"The place was cute and cozy. It was advertised appropriately and not embellished in any way. I selected it because it was close to a family member home. If you are looking for fancy this is not it, if you are looking for a Montana inspired property then this is it. The owners gave detailed instructions and information on the property. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again. "

"Our four kiddos loved the outdoor time here—the creek gave them days of entertainment. We were all so relaxed and at peace during our five-day stay. An absolute recommendation for any family gathering! The cabin has everything one could need—a perfect setting and perfect vacation. Thank you, Jon, for thinking of everything! "Our family recently traveled to Montana to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with our oldest son who lives in Helena and works at the regional airport. The Birdseye property was the perfect spot for our multi-generational family with ages that ranged from 14 to 79. There was plenty of room to spread out, the home was clean, decorated nicely and had a nice supply of paper goods, bath supplies and cleaning equipment. It also has a nice size kitchen with a large island for all to hang around....

"3rd year staying here. There will be 4th. Great place for those serious about fishing. Wonderful river front property. If playing pool, just like golf, balls tend to break toward the water. "
