Preliminary walk around and checks found there was no fire alarms, fire blanket and no Welcome pack or inventory list of what to expect or where to go for emergency planning. "I would highly recommend staying here. It was exactly what we needed in terms of space and peace and quiet. I only have 1 complaint, where we were staying, the lake is not well maintained so we were not able to fish at all from our peg as we were caught in reeds/moss etc on every cast. Other than the the property itself was clean and relaxing."

"The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails"

"Overall the property was clean,moden and had everything needed for our stay.However,the pull out bed was not v user friendly and uncomfortable which was disappointing!I think the lodge was catered more for 6 people particularly the sofa area,not enough seats.There was also a issue with the back door as in it was stiff to open.We enjoyed our stay and loved relaxing in the hot tub,many thanks"
