Good even with issues
The view was great - we had a few issues - a couple of light bulbs that were burned out; difficulty unlocking the hot tub, and ran out of garbage bags - minor details. The house was great overall and the walk to the beach well worth it.

Family reunion
We loved our vacation at Lincoln City. This home is literally across the street from the beach! The weather was fabulous and we saw shooting stars and the northern lights! Owners were great and easy to deal with. This is probably the last time my dad will travel anywhere so thank you for hosting us. There are some things i think the property owner should know. If they are paying someone to clean there get ripped off at least partially. The floors and carpets are filthy so much that our feet were black from walking around inside the house. Also many of the blinds are broken so not a lot of privacy for some rooms. One of the reclining couches doesn't work which was a bummer. Kitchen is well stocked but they need to replace the can opener. Overall it was fun and we all really enjoyed our stay. Oh, one more thing, they might want to tell people Before they book that sheets are not supplied for the pull out couches. Also what if people are flying in how could they have room yo bring bedding? Anyway, thanks again for everything. We might stay again! 😊

Great location and house.
The place gift our needs very well. EXCEPT the upstairs TV would not work and the Microwave worked for 2 minutes the first day. We really needed the microwave, but used the oven as a okay substitute.

Wonderful stay with a beautiful view!
Beautiful home fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for my whole family and very easy access to the beach. There is a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is trimming the bushes and trees by the hot tub. They are beautiful but the leaves are easily tracked into the hot tub. The hot tub was abit sandy but that didnt deter us from using it. Totally understandable at the beach. Lovely stay, would definitely stay there again!

Great home for family to gather
This is our third time staying at this home. It’s a great location. We love the view of the ocean from the deck. It’s a short walk to get to the beach. The house has everything that you’d want or need (except maybe a good can opener:). There’s lots of room for playing games, watching movies, having meals, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if it wasn’t for the fact that our group is growing and we need a house for 20 people now.

Great home for a big family!
This was a great property for our whole family. We had three adults, three teens, and four kids under 8 plus two dogs. We had more than enough room and only the occasional issue with everyone needing in the three bathrooms all at once. Great views from the upstairs and beach access is super convenient. There are a short set of stairs two houses down and the casino has an all-access ramp just a short block away, which was awesome for my disabled dog in a cart. Plenty of seating and living space, including the hangout room in the converted garage. There were three refrigerators, so there was plenty of space for food and drink storage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want - just bring your own food and spices. There are plenty of plates, silverware, and glasses to go around. Potential Cons: - kitchen knives are a bit dull so plan accordingly - downstairs bathroom has some mold growing on the ceiling but is otherwise clean - there is wear and tear, so don’t expect perfection; everything works and functions appropriately Noteworthy: - ground level is moderately ADA accessible with one step up through the doorways in the main door and garage. The downstairs bathroom is also a walk-in shower. Would be an option for someone with mobility issues but getting to the main floor (2nd level) requires a walk up a full flight of stairs. - all of the larger beds have a topper on them and might be a challenge for some to crawl into bed, but they are comfy!

it was a nice house but it had a carpet coming up in the bedroom downstairs and i tripped 3 times it is a hazard that should be fixed other than that we enjoyed the stay

Nice for family groups
Really enjoyed the ocean view from main living area of home. Lots of room for family groups. Beds really comfortable. Host communication was very good as well and easy check in. Home is well used and for the price point, could use some upgrades and cosmetic repairs. Hot tub area a little inconvenient and not private. More available bedding would have been a plus. Overall a nice home.

50th Birthday get away
Great location, beautiful view. We were pleasantly surprised with the parking accommodations. We were able to fit 7 vehicles. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment for our group of 12. Beds were comfortable. There were 3 fridges, and the garage is converted to an extra living space, with a tv and fireplace. The layout is great, with most of the bedrooms downstairs.. The price was very reasonable. Have marked this as a favorite. Will absolutely stay there again.
