"Sehr schön. Sehr schöner Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den See, abends besonders schön, wenn die Lichter in Stresa oder auf der anderen Seite in Baveno leuchten. Der Strand ist nicht eit weg, vielleicht 15-20 min zu Fuß. Es ist abgeschlossenes Gelände. Das kann man auf einem zur Wohnung gehörigen überdachten Parkplatz abstellen. Kommen bestimmt wieder einmal her. "

"Das Haus hatte alles, was nötig ist. Der Seeblick ist sehr schön, leider konnten wir die Terrasse nicht richtig genießen, weil das Wetter schlecht war. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber alles nötige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung ist gut. Nachts fahren ab und zu Züge in Sicht- und Hörweite vorbei, nicht sehr laut, aber doch ein bisschen störend. Im Ort und drum herum ist nicht viel los, auf der anderen Seite des Sees kann man mehr erleben. Wir haben deshalb ein paar Mal...

"Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Der check in Vorgang mit dem sehr freundlichen Verwalter war völlig reibungslos. Im Haus alles vorhanden was man sich nur wünschen kann. Super Aussicht, tolle Lage und ein super Restaurant fussläufig. Spielstrasse für die Kinder da Sackgasse. Was will man mehr."

"In Summe angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig. Die Lage in dem kleinen Dorf Calogna ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist ca. 7 Fahrminuten von Lesa am Lago Maggiore entfernt (bei ruhiger Fahrt). Die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck vom Objekt. Beim Objekt handelt es sich um den größeren Teil eines Doppelhauses (die akustische Trennung ist allerdings nicht sehr gut) mit eigenem, großen Garten zur Bergseite. "This house has some great spaces. The decks are wonderful. Parking space is adequate. Location is close to the center of Stresa but not walkable. There were some problems. The house could have been cleaner. Spiders and spider webs. The 2 bedrooms on the lower level were musty despite the dehumidifier that was running constantly. The bathrooms and kitchen on the lower level had mold. There are no screens on the windows. A microwave and hair dryer would have been nice."
