Responsive and Accommodating Host
We had planned a stay at this charming waterfront cottage but encountered some issues that led us to decide not to stay. Despite this, the host, Dan, was very communicative and accommodating, working with us to resolve the situation. While our experience was brief, it’s clear that Dan takes pride in his property and is committed to ensuring his guests have a positive experience.

Fishing trip in the North!
Nice cabin with an awesome view of Green Bay! Worked out very good for a group of three up to enjoy some fishing! Very peaceful and quiet. Hoping to return again sometime.

Good location for recreation on Green Bay. Garage access was nice, and the yard and enclosed porch added a lot to our stay.

Wisconsin stay
Very easy to communicate with. Carpet a little stained but house was clean. It was sad the paddle boat got burnt by the neighbors tree but we had a wonderful time. We got use out of the outside games that were there. It was also great to have large stock of firewood.

Excellent bayside cabin
We really appreciated the spacious living areas, especially the sun porch. The earily morning view on the bay was gorgeous and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The cabin was well-stocked and very clean. Thanks for the fun stay!

Excellent Stay
My kids and I stayed in the cottage for our weekend trip for the Packers/Bears game. It was amazing! The cottage was clean, full of the essentials and the view was absolutely beautiful. Dan was fantastic! He responded quickly to my questions and was friendly. We even met the neighbor next store who was very friendly as well. We all enjoyed our stay so much, we will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Perfect fit for our family vacation!
We all enjoyed the location and the views of this property. The tree in the backyard has perfect shade all day long. Everyone enjoyed paddle boarding, playing outdoor games, and the fishing was amazing. We went to the little creek lodge which was 6 minutes away and shot sporting clays twice it was so much fun.

Property was what I expected nice location on the water. Not much for hot water in the kitchen sink but shower heated up nice. Vacuum cleaner didn't work very well but everything else was fine.

Comfortable cabin, enjoyed stay
Owner is a good communicator and flexible, had no issues. Stayed one week, had everything we needed to be comfortable and cook a few meals. The cabin had a cozy and lived-in feeling. We all felt it would be fun to come back in summer to enjoy the location more and swim in the bay. My only complaints: the sheets were a little too warm, had some synthetic material that made me a little too hot mid-sleep, and the plumbing was not great for the commode. A better plunger is in order.

Amazing hospitality!
My husband and I traveled from PA for the Green Bay game. Before we even booked the house Dan was easy to get in-touch with. We arrived at the house after dark. Dan made sure all outside lights were in so it was easier to find our way. He also left us a case of water and some treats. When he heard there was snow on Saturday, he offered to come shovel for us. He went above and beyond. The house itself was perfect. The view of the lake was gorgeous. My only complaint is we couldn't stay longer. If we ever travel back to the Green Bay area, this will be the first place I look to stay. Thank you again for a great stay!

The hospitality from Dan was wonderful. His place was perfect for the weekend with my family. He supplied everything we needed. It was literally like our home away from home. Great location too with beautiful Lake Michigan in the back yard. Can't wait to go again.

Lovely setting and quaint cottage
This was a sweet little cottage right on the Bay. It isn’t fancy but it has everything you need. Dan was wonderful to work with and we appreciated that we could bring our pups with us.

Summer Vacation
Cute cabin on nice property. The cleanliness needs to be thoroughly worked on top to bottom and I think this place has the potential to be a 5 Star property. My family and I have two 5 Star Vacation Rental Properties in Door County, so we have a good handle on how things work and this place needs to be deeply cleaned from cob webs, food crumbs in the silverware drawer, sheets with dirt/black grease marks all over them, dust everywhere especially on the ceiling fans and lamps, filters in the air conditioner were black and looked to have never been cleaned, and the place smelled of mold and fish when we walked in. There should be a warning that the water that comes out of the faucets is not drinkable by humans or pets, our dog got a bacterial infection and had to get medicine from the vet. Until this place is properly cleaned and maintained we cannot recommend it to anyone.
