"We had the absolute best weekend getaway at the super cute cabin. Melissa was in touch at the beginning and end of our stay and was absolutely amazing. Everything about this place is great, from the well stocked kitchen, to the enviable hot tub. We took a day trip to Banner Elk and stopped at the great RV tap room on the way back. "The communication with Deborah was wonderful, she was always quick to respond if I had any questions. The property was just as it was listed, very cozy and welcoming. "This property has a nice view of Mt Mitchell. It's spacious enough for a family of 7. We had 4. Pros: The view, stocked up kitchen with cooking essentials, plenty of firewood to use, nice TV/game room although the air hockey table is falling apart. Cons: Not for older people or anyone who have a hard time getting up and down the stairs. Had a water leak/drips from the shower from the top floor. This appears to be a known issues based on the stains. I reported it to the owner. No hot tub...

"Everything is like new. Never used a hot tub before and Melissa texted me the instructions to get it in the correct mode for usage. The washer/dryer was a little too high tech for us. However, it cleaned our clothes just fine. Very quiet here with the South Toe river in back for comfort. Love the stay very much."
