"We didn’t receive any information on how to get into the suite, all we got ahead of time was the wifi password. On our arrival, I emailed the host, but got no reply. Luckily, the woman who cleans, and I gather, generally looks after guests, came along. She was very welcoming and helpful. We have ..."
