"We were looking for a charming little cabin foreign on the way stay to it destination in Tennessee. Just wanted to find a sweet little cabin in a beautiful setting and this was it! Susan is a wonderful host and the accommodations are cocy and comfortable. I’d like to come back in the warmer weather with my big family and take advantage of, all the property has to offer for a few days. The kids would love the cabins and the river."

"We enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious for 2 and could fit 4 comfortably. The furniture and bed were comfortable and the place was very clean. It also had nice amenities such as full fridge, microwave, and stove. The location was somewhat off of the beaten path but not far from I-75 and Berea and being near the beautiful Lake Linville was a bonus. "

"We've been working on our retirement home about 1/2-mile from this rental house. This is our 4th or 5th time staying here. It is super handy for us due to the location, and also a great home to stay in. Always clean and organized. Awesome, tranquil setting. "

"The house and view is amazing. Total relaxation on the deck was great. My wife spent most of a day just sitting on pier looking at views. We understand your in the mountains so phone me be in and out. The internet didn’t work well so that may of been some of difficulty in communication. The one disappointment was that there is 2 kayaks to use but only 1 adult life jacket and 1 oar. Note to self: no one sells kayak oars within 50 miles 😁😁 "

"No es para nada Lo que anuncian la propiedad es demasiada pequeña no hay estufa no hay comedor el baño Todo el tiempo estuvo liquidando agua el acceso para llegar al área de arriba es terrible la alberca estaba súper verde y en malas condiciones y luego ellos llegaron a limpiar la alberca y hace ruido a las 7 de la mañana cuando nosotros queremos estar dormidos simplemente terrible Este no es un lugar para ocho personas como ellos dicen Este es un lugar para dos o cuatro personas"
