"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"We had a fabulous time here. The property is excellent, check in a breeze, location idyllic and hosts fantastic.We really had a great relaxing time. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We used the slow cooker which I wasn't expecting them to have. A great stock of board games too. It is truly a home away from home. "Wirklich abgeschiedenes Ferienhaus mit abenteuerlicher Zufahrt, wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage zu den verschiedesten Bergtouren ist ideal. Die Warmwasserversorgung durch den Ofen dauert seine Zeit, haben öfter den Heater benutzt, also kein Problem. Richard ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns zu allen Fragen und Problemen sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, vielen Dank, auch für die schönen 2 Wochen im wunderschönen Wales"

It was good as we all had our own individual cottages with kitchens, living rooms and bathroom which gave us our own space but the communal area is the Hall was being enough when we wanted to be together. Only issue was the gas heaters and log burners not working properly in a couple of cottages but electric heaters were available and there is central heating in two of the cottages. "We had a fabulous week here in September, much helped by superb weather. Its impossible to review the cottage without mentioning the wonderful view across the river towards Cader Idris through the huge living room window. Our dog spent a lot of time gazing out of it at the sheep. The accommodation feels very spacious, you have all you need and bed was extremely comfortable. The garden is lovely on a sunny day, and Sally the host was very approachable and helpful. Also, the pizza place 300m away...

"This property is definitely value for money. It is close to lots of things to do with the family in north wales. The house is not where Google maps thinks it is so make sure you follow the instructions from the property manager. And the payment don’t go through from VRBO to the property manager but that was sorted swiftly. The house itself is as described, kitchen was well equipped, the living room was big enough for the 7 of us and the bedrooms were perfect for a short stay. Overall we enjoyed...

"We had a lovely 4 night stay over Christmas in this cozy little cottage in a tranquil little village at the foot of Cnicht mountain. The fireplace was a delight, as were the lazy-boy sofas and the well equipped kitchen. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for my knees, but good training for hiking up in the hills and the valley. Plenty of walking opportunities from the village and the most incredible view of Cnicht and across to Snowdon, weather permitting!"
