"A really lovely welcome and a lovely stay. Room was clean and had all the facilities you’d need for a comfortable stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a little busy in the restaurant due to a wedding and a large birthday happening at the same time but once we got some attention we were looked after. Breakfast was nice but would have appreciated some alternative milks on the buffet due to my dairy allergy. "

"I don't want to be negative about this hotel as I will stay here again, but just some minor things, firstly the breakfast room opened late so I didn't have time to eat, but no big deal, some say I could afford to miss the odd breakfast. The other is the sound proofing, again, no big issue, but the older couple arguing in the room above and stomping around the room was a bit of a distraction, but the did quiet down quite early (this is not a slight on the hotel, just a comment). "Greay appartment, was perfect for a group of 2 friends, one slept in the sofa bed (a bit less confortable than the bed which is very confortable). You can walk to the castle park in less than 10min. Had to turn around a bit to find parking, we ended up finding free street parking less than 5min walk. The flat isnt sound proof and you cam hear outside/ other flats doors but it was find wearing earplugs."
