"We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was a very convenient location, right downtown and close to where our conference was being held! The building was also easy to access and the check-in instructions were clear. We had asked if it would be possible to check-in earlier but unfortunately we were not able to due to a cleaning crew being there. The host said they would contact us once the crew had left but never did. We ended up arriving at the apartment before the check-in time and the...

"We had a great experience during our stay. The apartment was super clean, spacious and well equipped. Easy to park. Secure building with easy check in and simple access. We had an issue with the television service and it was taken care of immediately. "

"I stayed for a couple of weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the the house was warm for the season. I will return if I'm able. My little dog needed to be carried up and down the stairs but that was a minor concern since he only weighs 11 pounds."

"We have never been to Canada before, so road tripped to Winnipeg. It's a great downtown location. Easy walk to McDermot Street to eat and hang out. The homeless people didn't bother us, except for 1 drunk one. Great view on the 16th floor. We will be be back again. Only thing we didn't like is you don't get your check in instructions until right before 4 pm. But it turned out ok. "

"This property is beautiful. It’s extremely walkable to various bars and restaurants. The owner of this property is extremely detail oriented. I was blown away by how stunning it was. She had great recommendations for things to do and see. She also met us there to ensure we knew how to get checked in and where to park. Did I mention she brought cake? 10/10 would recommend this to anybody! "

"Solid, safe accommodations. Would love to have a sampler of laundry soap to be included, as well as Kleenex. A few notes of where to buy coffee, snacks, etc. is not necessary but would have been helpful. "

"The location was perfect! And secure! The condo could use some upgrades with carpeting, taller and bigger toilets, fresh paint on the baseboards. The view from our 4th floor balcony was amazing for the fireworks over the water. Would definitely stay again."

"The furnishings have seen use and abuse from previous tenants but the unit was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and communicative. The single entry fob for the building's front door can make it a bit tricky for wanting to stay in the unit with a group that want to come and go independently of each other during their stay ... We figured out how to make it work. Unit is well located in the downtown area with good access to everything. Overall, I recommend it"

"We stayed at the Langside property for four weeks as our house was being renovated. Throughout the time, the owner, Rony, kept up excellent communication with us and was responsive to our requests. The property was comfortable. Not luxurious, but given the price, was excellent value. We were particularly pleased with the laundry facilities on premises. The washer was unbalanced resulting in noisy spin cycles, but by placing a towel between the washer and the wall the sound was greatly...

Great stay and rest place

"The place was very clean, spacious and the staffs on site were very friendly and helpful. We were glad there is security on site to check on the vehicles until 5 am. We were informed that if we had valuables they would allow our vehicle closer to the front entrance which was nice they wanted to make sure we felt our belongings would be safe. They are limited on parking spots, but they do try to make things work. Overall we'd stay again if we pass through. You will find yourself well rested stopping at this hotel. "
