"Mom's 70th B'day in PR was great! Water/Cable issues. Julie could've responded quicker. My aunt had to call on my behalf (she’s from PR) it was handled. Suite was comfortable & clean. 3rd fl walk up made Shopping a chore. (Not for older ppl) Grounds well kept,secure. Pool and lazy river was being serviced. "The owner was very nice and responsive, so the communication was great, but the house needs a lot of work and cleaning! Sheets and towels were a problem with not being clean or having enough. It’s a catch twenty two bc the beach access and location are GREAT!!!"

The rooms were very comfortable, with en-suite bathrooms and working A/C. The kitchen and BBQ worked perfectly. We only missed some more crockery as we were 8 people.
