Lovely Home
Rose met us at this beautiful home and made sure we were settled before she left. The home was super clean and comfortable and is located in a fantastic area on a quiet and lovely street. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful place to stay!
Our family had a really great time staying for four nights . The apartment met all our needs - it was clean, modern and comfortable. The bedroom was great and the pull-out couch comfortably slept two. The place had a lot of light as well. It was quiet and close to shops and the tube. The checking in and out experience was super easy. We had a great experience.

Kensington Joy
A perfect "pied-a-terre" for exploring Kensington, Notting Hill, and beyond. The flat is perefectly proportioned and well designed and feels clean trendy and modern. It sits on a lovely street with no dodgy bits what so ever. I have been staying in Notting Hill and Kensington regulalry for 25 years, and this is my new favourite. Particulalry enjoyed the family run Italian close by called La Fortuna. I am a big fan of VRBO and this property is right up there !

Refreshing stay in quiet Kensington
This flat in quiet Kensington was the perfect location for our week long stay in London. Conveniently located by several tube stations, fabulous neighborhood restaurants, and a short walk from Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park made the neighborhood full of things to see and do! The flat had all the amenities we needed to not just be on vacation, but feel like we really lived there. It was extremely comfortable, the neighbors are all very lovely, and the restaurants surrounding the flat were incredible! We will absolutely be staying again the next time we visit.

Beautiful flat close to everything
My family of three had a wonderful stay. The arrival was lovely as we arranged for the recommended airport pickup and were greeted by Rosie upon arrival. The flat is beautiful and spacious, our 11 year old loved the fold out couch for sleeping and we were provided with everyone we needed. The neighborhood and flat were a quiet respite in a busy city, but close to everything with easy access to multiple Tube stations and shopping on Kensington High Street. We enjoyed coming back after a busy day and having drinks on the balcony. Communication with the host was excellent and we would be happy to stay here again next time we're in London.

Delightful, quiet, and perfect for small families
From pickup at the airport, to check-in (Rosie met us at the door), to our four days in the flat, this was a 5 star experience. It's a quiet and absolutely stunning street of white row houses -- walkable to tons of shops/restaurants (Nottinghill and Kensington/High Street). Also walkable to two parks (Kensington Garden and Holland Park, both of which have great playgrounds for kids). We took the Tube and Hop-On Hop-Off buses during our stay with our boys (ages 9 and 7) -- both were easy ways to commute from the flat to the tourist sites. It was absolutely lovely to retreat back to this neighborhood at the end of the day of touring to rest as a family (something that really was necessary given the ages of our kids). The flat includes two large, comfortable beds (the sofa bed is excellent quality), a sizable kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a lovely balcony for coffee in the morning or wine at night. Photos on the site accurately depict the space. Hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful retreat in a lovely part of London, do not hesitate to book this flat. We will be back!

Perfect London Flat
From start to finish the experience was everything you could hope for. I was met by Patricia and she was kind enough to facilitate an early arrival. The flat is as pictured with tons of natural light pouring in from the windows in both the living area and dining rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need and more. The bathroom was spotless and very modern. The location couldn't be better and is located within walking distance of two major tube stations and more than a few bus stops. We took the recommendations for the restaurants and loved both Core and the very English pub with a twist, Churchhill Arms. This property would absolutely be our first choice in London.

Happy to have stayed in this Kensington apartment. Family of four were very comfortable. Efficient kitchen with a washing machine were very helpful. Notting Hill Gate Station an easy 10 minute walk.

Perfect Location.
We spent a month at the property. We also stayed here for a month in 2019.. Ideal location for exploring London, either on foot, or by bus or tube. Walk to Museums, restaurants, parks, or entertainment.

So happy with our stay
It was our first time visiting London and we were so happy to have chosen this unit. First of all, it was very comfortable, with plenty of room for our family. We loved the Notting Hill neighborhood. It was quiet but close to shopping, restaurants, and the Tube. Patricia was very accommodating, especially with our early arrival. We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely and Spotless!

Lovely, comfortable flat
We enjoyed a great week here. The apartment is comfortable and well-appointed, but the real highlight was the bed. Perfect mattress, pillows, and sheets--so good that I am going to buy them for my bed. I'd highly recommend this property.

A lovely apartment in a lovely neighborhood
We love this part of London - it's beautiful, quiet, and close to so many attractions. We love this apartment too - perfect for a couple but also workable for children or for an additional guest willing to sleep on the living room couch. The property managers were prompt and thorough in communicating with us. It's one flight up with no elevator, if that's a concern.

London vacation
My wife and I stayed at this perfectly located apartment for a long weekend in July. The apartment was clean, functional, and very comfortable. And, Patricia even left us a thoughtful welcome pack of wine and some sweets. The location is on a gorgeous, quiet street and quite close to Notting Hill Gate underground station, which made it easy to get around the city. We also enjoyed the Portobello Road market within easy walking distance. There are a couple of options for groceries nearby, making it convenient to stock up with essentials. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location for a home base for a London vacaction.

Beautiful, upscale location
This was our first family vacation to England, and our first stop in London was so enjoyable. This flat had everything we needed for our family of three- a lovely, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, closet space and air conditioning. We vacationed during a heatwave and it would have been unbearable at night without airconditioning. The flat is a close walk to a two-story Whole Foods, which was great for buying breakfast items and drinks. The owner Patricia was very accommodating to our request for an early check-in and later check-out time.

Romantic Retreat in Idyllic Kensington
Fabulous apartment on a peaceful block around the corner from Kensington Gadens. Close to wonderful restaurants (Ffiona’s for one) and convenient access to the Underground. Patricia was a delightful host who ensured our every need was met. Look forward to returning soon.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful neighborhood
Lovely apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to parks, restaurants, shops, and tube stations. We had trouble with the washing machine and shower not draining, but Patricia promptly replied and sent maintenance. Our main reason for only 3 stars was the construction noise from next door. It was not relaxing to be woken up in the morning to construction noise and to hear it throughout the day. We were offered a refund of one night stay and the option to move to another property. We chose to stay due to unavailability of similar property and not wanting to interrupt our vacation.
