Would totally stay here again! Everything was nice and new. Quite compact (especially the bedroom/bathroom areas) but it was entirely comfortable for a solo traveller like me :)
It’s a private apartment attached to the host’s house, but you’ll have your own separate entrance to the outside, which makes it easy to come and go as you please.
The neighbourhood was absolutely lovely, and felt very safe. Transit is conveniently located right at the end of the street, so I was able to commute to/from central London within 60min. Just hop on the tube (overground line) from Liverpool Station and ride it to Enfield Town, which is right nextdoor to the bus station. Bus 307 or 121 run every few minutes, and they’ll deliver you less than a dozen houses down from where you’re staying.
The cute little apartment kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, and even a laundry machine. It would have been super helpful if a copy of the manual had been provided (or some instructions on how to use it) because the hieroglyphic symbols on the dial were not user-friendly. Luckily, Cengiz was responsive and helpful.
Lovely linens were provided, and they matched the couch pillow cushions and kitchen backsplash, so that gets bonus points, in my opinion.
My advice to future guests would be to bring your own tea/snacks, cleaning supplies, and a hot water bottle/warm slippers (I found the floors very chilly) because they’re not provided.
