Perfect accommodations and location!
Our first time to London, so we were very anxious. Pam & Andy were very accommodating and communicated with us with every question we had. Our stay was fantastic and we loved the location and ease to restaurants, shops, Hampton Court Palace and train station. We would come back and stay again for sure! Maybe someday.

Lovely annex in East Molsley
An immaculate property close to Hampton Railway station with lovely local cafes and shops minutes away on foot. Quiet and comfortable, off street parking. We would definitely use this property again, felt like a home.

Perfect Stay
Conveniently located to buses and the Hampton Court train station, the apartment is walkable to restaurants and local grocery shops. The hosts have obviously put much thought into details that make staying convenient and comfortable. I would gladly stay again!

Great Place To Stay
This is a very clean, well organized apartment in a prime location. The apartment is full of amenities and the owners provide a good guide book on how the cooker, washing machine, heating etc works, and what there is to do in the area. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby, and the area is very interesting. Public transport is good, with a train into London a 5 minute walk away. There is also a good bus to Heathrow airport a short taxi or bus ride away.

Wonderful experience
This is a well located apartment in East Moseley just metres from Hampton Court village where we found many cafes, 2 pubs, fruit & veg shop plus many other shopping options. A walk along the tow path with breakfast at the Boat Club and lunch at the cricket ground whilst watching some cricket help create a very relaxing stay. The apartment is exceptionally clean & well equipped and our host, Andy, was easy to contact and responded within minutes. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect location!
The property is very comfortable for a family of 4, came equipped with everything we needed, and the location could not have been better. Andy was always available, though we never needed to call as everything was straight forward and worked well at the property. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Beautiful and spacious home from home
We really couldn’t have been happier with this lovely 2-floor rental. Our hosts provided everything we could need for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean and new. The living area was spacious and comfortable and the off-road parking made life very easy. Cozy beds, towels and linens, a good shower. We wouldn’t change a thing. Hampton Court Palace was a five minute walk. We’ll be back. Thank you.

Ideal in Every Way
My family and I had an outstanding stay at Cardinal House. We lived here for a month, and it was quite difficult to leave at the end of our stay. The home is well appointed, immaculate, and it has an ideal location just 5 minutes from the Thames and Hampton Court Palace. The neighborhood is lovely, very walkable, and just around the corner from a very vibrant shopping/dining area. Lastly, Andy and Pam were exceptional hosts. They were always available if we ever need anything and made sure we had an enjoyable stay. I'd recommend this property to anyone, and would be delighted to stay here again.

Fantastic spacious 2 floor apartment in a beautiful location
We have just spent 6 weeks here and have absolutely loved it. The property is well designed with a large open plan living space downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs, laundry room, toilet and bathroom and off street parking. Very comfortable beds, high quality bedding and sheets and everything was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and It really did had everything we needed. Andy and Pam were always on hand to help or answer questions and made the whole trip very stress free and easy. The location is fantastic with so many lovely restaurants, cafes and antique shops just round the corner on Bridge Road, and a short walk to Hampton Court Palace which my kids loved. I would highly recommend this lovely place which really did feel like home!

Spacious apartment in good location.
This is well equipped spacious apartment in a very good location close to Hampton Court, station and shops. The beds are comfortable. The living room is large and comfortable and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Andy and Pam are very good hosts!

Fantastic Family Space Hidden in East Mosley
We stayed for 5 weeks and couldn’t have been happier! The property itself is tucked away in a very quiet part of London, but incredibly close to Richmond and Kingston Upon Thames. Inside, the property was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with a brilliant open plan living area situated downstairs, and two very spacious bedrooms upstairs. There was nothing we didn’t think the property needed or lacked and our children loved the proximity to Hampton Court Palace and Bushy Park. We can’t recommend staying here highly enough and will definitely return again when we’re next in London.

Fantastic propery and location
Clean, bright, comfortable with well considered living accommodation. Fantastic London suburb with lovely eateries, bars and cafes right on the door step. 5 minute walk to station with a Journey time to Waterloo of 35mins. Hampton Court Palace is across the bridge and Kingston is a short bus ride away. Lovely to walk down by the river. The location and property get a 10/10 from us! Lynn & Tracey
