Charmant petit appartement
Correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Petit appartement cosy bien équipé fonctionnel propre et bien situé pour visiter Londres . Il y a également un jardinet privatif. La proximité des transports en commun dont le métro et nous a permis de bien en profiter de nos journée . Le seul bémol c est le bruit que font les gens dans la rue et la nuit parfois, alors que ce n est pas une rue hyper fréquentée et qui oublient qu il ne sont pas tous seuls . La fenêtre de la chambre laisse passer les bruits de la rue mais on et dans une grande ville alors ccest difficile d être complètement au calme .. ça m a réveillée plusieurs fois mais j ai tout de même dormi.

Great space and location
The location is great. Close to cafes, brunch spots, and the underground. It’s a safe residential area. There is a pub close by and you can hear street noise but it didn’t affect our stay as we were out most days until 10:30pm and the crowd at the pub died down shortly thereafter. There was minimal toilet paper when we arrived and no shampoo, but when contacting our host, they were quick and responsive to fix that for us. The pull out bed is not very comfortable (can feel box springs under the small mattress) but the main bed is comfy and has adequate pillows . But there are no bed sheets, only a comforter duvet. Shower is great, good water pressure. Bring your own conditioner. Our host was extremely responsive and responded quickly to everything. Would recommend and would stay again, but only as a couple using the main bed.

Very Disappointed
Location has a Pub next door that is extremely loud, Rent bike location out the front door. The only bedroom is on the street so the noise is horrible with the Pub, Bike pick up and drop off and it is in a shoddy part of the city. The bedroom is the only room with heat. The weather was such that I wore my Down coat 3 of the four days I was there. None in the lounge that works. The owner Janet informed me that NO ONE has ever needed the one in the lounge. So the lounge, Kitchen and bath are not heated. She told me a couple of things I could do to try and get the radiator working in the lounge and nothing worked. She did not offer to have anyone come by and look at it. For the price she charges look elsewhere. She says the Underground is a 5 minute walk from the flat. It’s at least 1/2 mile. Closest shopping is even further. If you do rent, make sure you bring bathing soap of some kind because she provides nothing in the bathroom except one hand towel and one bath towel. Her welcome package (haha) says if you use more than the one set left for you, you will be charged. However there was no worries, because there were no extras. I forgot to mention, the huge rubbish bins are also right out side the bedroom window on the sidewalk next to the street. Her ad sure fooled me.

Hervorragende zentrale Lage
Wir würden jederzeit nochmals diese Wohnung buchen. Es gab nur kleine Probleme mit Heizung und 1 Fenster. Das hat die Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit aber wieder wett gemacht.

Awesome location; great apartment!
The information that Janet provided to us prior to our visit was outstanding!! We’d never been to London before & we walked up to her front door like we’d lived there forever (from Heathrow). So central to all of the big tourist sites and great food locations! We never utilized her full kitchen as we spent all of our time out touring, except her large fridge for sprits! We would go back in a London minute!

Perfect spot
My college-aged son and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was a great location-quiet at night and centrally located. We walked most everywhere (Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, West End, Covent Garden), but easy access to the Tube and other public transportation as well. Lots of restaurants, bars, and groceries nearby. The flat was perfect for the two of us-so glad we found this gem!

Ideal location for a London trip!
This great little apartment is just a few minutes walk from Borough Market, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, and public transportation--easy connections to pretty much anywhere in London that you might want to visit! The host was extremely helpful and responsive, the apartment was clean, cute, and bright, and the Irish pub right next door provided excellent Thai food (yep, that's quite a combination!). The pub was also very respectful of the neighborhood, shutting down any noise promptly at closing time. There's even a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment! Oh, and no stairs beyond the front steps, which was ideal, since we had some heavy bags! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Superbe appartement
Séjour de 6 nuits en couple avec une ado. Appartement avec toutes les commodités, (même des adaptateurs prises européens), trés fonctionnel, proche des restaurants, du borough market, idéalement situé pour visiter au maximum Londres. Trés propre! Un peu bruyant par le passage des travailleurs du matin ou du pub du soir, mais rien de méchant. Vraiment trés bien pour le prix! Venant de l'île de la Réunion nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour. Une consigne pour savoir comment jeter les poubelles serait apprécié, j'avoue que je n'ai pas compris comment fonctionnait le ramassage des poubelles à Londres en général... Pour les restos applebee's fish (le fish and chips est trop bon!), honest burger, (celui a la truffe et les frites!!!)pho, union viet, flat iron (le steack wagyu!) Et la food street de camdem ou borough market! Les scones de Notting Hill... les parcs... un plaisir pour les yeux, la bouche... un peu pal aux jambes a force de marcher! Mais bon ça vaut le coup! L'appartement est un refuge comparé aux tumultes Londonien, vraiment ravis de pouvoir s'y poser chaque jour. Vous pouvez également faire cuire vos repas et aller chercher au supermarché à 3 minutes a pied au Mark and spencer. Prévoir assez sur sa carte bleu en argent et en plafond! Tout se regle en carte bleu, peu d'endroits acceptent les espèces! On reviendra! On sait où bien dormir et se loger! Merci a notre Hôte et à sa cleaner! Trés gentille et agréable

Fabulous location? 100% Yes!!
This place is an absolute gem! It’s small, but clean and cozy. Our family of three found that it suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we might’ve needed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the wardrobes for our belongings. The host, Jan, left us a tower fan which made sleeping bearable on those warm summer nights. Jan was super responsive and helpful throughout the planning stages and during our stay. We took full advantage of all the neighborhood has to offer. The location is indeed fabulous! There is so much to do within walking distance of the flat while other major attractions are easily accessible via public transport.

Very Nice Stay
Very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to walk to local attractions such as the Globe Theatre or the Tate Modern, or to walk to nearby underground stations to travel to more distant attractions. Close also to pubs and grocery stores.

Well located flat.
We stayed here for three weeks and really enjoyed the location. The manager was very responsive to our questions. The welcome book was very useful and full of local information. Comfortable bed and couch, instant hot water for the shower. Short walk to bus and underground and nice walks along the river, Southbank. Very useful to have a washing machine. We would stay again.

Séjour à Londres
Séjour au top! Appartement très fonctionnel, propre, bien situé. Nous y avons passé 5 nuits à 4, deux adultes et 2 enfants de 6 et 9 ans. Proximité du métro très pratique, beaucoup de choses à voir à pied à proximité de l'appartement. Hôte disponible, avec pleins de petits conseils à travers un guide d'arrivé fourni.
