I booked this hotel through Expedia for a business trip, and the experience was well below expectations.
We reserved two rooms, but only received one access code. My colleague was unable to enter her room and had to wait in mine until her code finally came through—an unnecessary and frustrating start to our stay.
Later that evening, around 10:30 PM, my colleague popped out to buy a bottle of water and some toilet roll (as none was provided in her room, Room 10). When she returned, her door code no longer worked and she was locked out. With no staff or reception on-site and no clear support available, she was left standing outside her room, alone, late at night. This was a distressing and unsafe situation for a young woman traveling solo.
Eventually, she had to wake me (in Room 14) to help. I called the property owners, who were able to override the lock remotely, but their response was dismissive and showed little urgency or concern.
To make matters worse, the bathroom in my room (Room 14) had a strong damp smell, adding to the overall sense of poor cleanliness and maintenance.
By the time everything was sorted, it was close to 11 PM. I was wide awake and stressed, despite needing to be up at 6 AM for a meeting. This stay was not only inconvenient, but also felt unsafe and unhygienic.
I would not recommend this property to anyone—particularly not solo travelers or business guests expecting even a basic level of service and support.
